It was such a pleasure working with Sarah for my July wedding at The Gables! I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and reliability throughout the wedding planning process. I knew it was a good sign when the other wedding vendors (band, florist, bartenders) all spoke so highly of her - and on the day of, I was confident she had everything under control. Sarah took on my meticulous planning and constant questions with ease, and was consistently thoughtful and detailed-oriented from the day we signed the contract. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Sarah on our wedding day, and in the months leading up to it. Sarah was always available to discuss any questions or concerns we had, and had great recommendations on local vendors. On the actual wedding day, she expertly coordinated all our vendors and family and friends, and the day ran absolutely flawlessly. I didn't have to worry about a single detail, and was able to truly enjoy the day. Throughout the entire planning process and on the day itself, Sarah always remained positive, relaxed and totally in control.
Sarah truly went above and beyond for us, including bringing all leftover alcohol/clothes/decorations back to our Airbnb after the wedding, allowing us to enjoy our after party care free.
After the wedding, my bridesmaids were all raving about Sarah, and how smoothly the entire day ran. They had never been so relaxed as a bridesmaid before! I honestly have no idea how we would have done it without her, and cannot recommend her enough to any couple planning a wedding!

Hiring Sarah as my day-of coordinator was one of the best decisions myself and my family could have made for my recent wedding. She was always available to discuss whatever concerns I had and reassure me when things felt overwhelming. She knows her stuff when it comes to all things wedding-related, from the planning stages, to setting up decor, to the minutia like how much alcohol to purchase. I met Sarah early in the wedding planning process on LBI through the gables. She was incredibly kind and helpful with tips and recommendations before I even knew she did wedding planning! Her name came highly recommended from my florist and I was so excited, because I loved talking to her. She made my entire wedding weekend unbelievably perfect. From organizing the perfect day/schedule of events, to decorating the venue, to making sure my marriage license was filled out correctly, to keeping me calm SHE TRULY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND. She is so kind and supportive and felt like a friend. She helped us get everything to the venue and at the end of the night when we got home from the afterparty, she had secretly brought everything home for us so we didn't have to go back the next day. She truly was a dream planner. And I recommend everyone use her!!

We had the pleasure of working with Sarah as our wedding coordinator recently. Hiring Sarah was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. There are so many moving parts and lists of things to get done in planning a wedding, but Sarah was right there to guide us. Sarah was amazing!! She was always on time, professional, organized, full of energy and ideas. She was patient with me when I was unsure of things. Sarah would always answer my questions in a timely manner. She really took the time to get to know me and my husband in order to make our special day come to life. She was there to assist with the rehearsal, she was so supportive and again, organized. The day of the wedding, she really went above and beyond her duties in making sure everyone and everything was where it needed to be. Sarah nailed it!! I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I cannot say enough good things about Sarah. She is organized, coordinates with vendors, and provides schedules and timelines throughout the planning process. Sarah goes out of her way to find people and specialty vendors to make your vision for the day come to life. No matter how much you plan, there are always day of details (or drama!) that need to be handled and Sarah finds a way to make everything come together perfectly. We had to change a day after brunch venue due to weather and Sarah handled all the vendors and details and made it much more special than I ever imagined it would turn out. By the end of the weekend, Sarah was part of our family 🙂 Sarah not only executes and exceeds expectations, she makes you feel like you are working with a friend versus another vendor. I would highly recommend Sarah Montgomery Wedding & Events!
