I would like to share my experience about Sarah-Dawn Theissen Travel.
I will share my story with other travelers who may be on the fence about whether to hire a travel agent or not.
I won't go into detail but I recently had to cancel my vacation due to an emergency medical episode.
Although I did have the Westjet Travel Protection that only helps if you cancel outside the 72 hour window.
I was about 24 hours away from boarding when I let Sarah-Dawn know of my problem.
Even though legally I could have forfeit the entire payment of my vacation due to the short notice she was able to along with Westjet to book me on another vacation with only about a 15% penalty.
If I would have booked myself online I'm sure it would have been a 100% forfeiture so I'm extremely grateful that Sarah-Dawn was there for me as my Travel advisor.
She has always been available anytime I have had questions as well so I wouldn't hesitate to hire her again or recommend her to anyone wanted to book a vacation.
Now I know the advantage/importance of hiring a good Travel agent.
I highly recommend Sarah-Dawn Thiessen Travel.
We were finally able to go on our holiday to Barcelona Maya Palace Nov 1st- 11th.
It is truly a wonderful resort to visit.
The variety of delicious food and drinks was spectacular.
The resort itself is beautifully designed and has a lot of the traditional Mexican colors and culture that I love.
The sea and pools are beautiful.
The staff are very courteous and hars working.
This resort has everything you could possibly want or imagine.
We had a wonderful time and I highly recommend this resort.

First time in Mexico. Sarah-Dawn picked an amazing resort. Barcelo Beach. Great beaches, lots of free activities and entertainment as well as plenty of variety in the food. 4 a la carte options (just book in when you get there).

Sarah Dawn was thorough on what to expect when landing in Mexico and was quick to respond with any updates about our departing flight as there were delays because of weather. Overall great experience and service. Highly recommend.
