Morgan & the Savant Garde team helped make our wedding day the most flawless event we could have ever imagined. Throughout the planning process, Morgan was incredibly organized, thorough, detail-oriented and knew exactly what we needed and at what time we needed to think about it. We went into the process feeling overwhelmed but she helped us sort through everything to help us prioritize & make decisions in a thoughtful way. Morgan and her team absolutely went above and beyond my expectations for our June backyard wedding. I used Savant Garde Events for their Month of Coordination Package and it was worth every penny.

Morgan reached out to all my vendors for me (most that she has worked with at other weddings) and created the perfect wedding day timeline. She helped create a floor plan for our tables. Morgan came to run our rehearsal the night before and was flexible with the changes we made that night.

On the day of our wedding, Morgan offered to get me coffee. Her and her crew picked up our wedding dessert for us. Additionally, Morgan came to the rescue for wedding attire malfunctions; for example, taking off the security tag off my mom’s dress. I cannot thank Morgan and her crew enough for setting up our decor and making our wedding day run so smoothly. All of the things I mentioned in this review are only a fraction of the things Morgan did for us. I highly recommend Savant Garde Events if you are looking for a wedding planner in the East Bay Area!

We were wary about hiring a wedding planner as we were doing most of the initial planning ourselves, and since it included quite a few non-traditional wrinkles, we did not want to compromise our vision. Morgan was the catalyst that we didn't know we needed to turn our ideas into reality. Morgan was an INCREDIBLE wedding planner and addition to our wedding day--I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off our dream wedding without her and her team. I originally planned to hire her for the month-of coordination package but ended up upgrading to the partial planning package when I realized we would have to hire a shuttle service. This was the single best decision I made for our wedding! The months before our wedding ended up being so much crazier than we could have ever anticipated--we moved and went through multiple job transitions--and she was there through missed meetings and slow responses. She was even at our final walkthrough at the venue just a few days before giving birth! Her vendor suggestions were spot on and she made hiring vendors super simple for us. Her team worked so hard on our wedding day to make sure everything went smoothly and they saved us a mountain of stress--we were really able to be in the moment and just enjoy our time with our family and friends. Morgan is a rockstar and I highly recommend her if you are looking to create your perfect wedding!

Morgan and team were nothing short of amazing for our wedding day. Leading up to the day, Morgan was a huge help in planning every little detail, from timeline to decor she had resources for it all! Week of, she was a huge help with all the last minute questions we had. Day of, went off without a hitch. We put our faith in her to decorate using everything we had, and she and her team nailed it spot on to everything we envisioned. It looked absolutely incredible. All events were on time and guests knew exactly how to transition from one to the other. For anyone looking to book Morgan and her team, don’t hesitate!

Morgan was tasked with pulling off a beach wedding with 2 months notice. We had not even started to look for (let alone confirm) a location, florist, baker, or even a means of serving our 50ish guests food given the covid issues that still existed during that time. Morgan helped us decide each detail, decor, she finalized permits and food trucks and executed it all perfectly in 2020!!
Yes we had our dream wedding in the midst of covid!

I cannot imagine being able to manage all the details of this impromptu event. Morgan was so reassuring and helpful to us and our day was perfect. It was everything we wanted and more! Thank you Morgan!

Morgan was my husband and I's wedding planner and she did a fantastic job! We had a partial planning package and we hired her right after we had booked a venue and picked a date. From that point, Morgan was with us every step of the way. She made sure we stayed on track with completing items on the checklist she provided, she gave us vendor recommendations and reached out to the vendors for quotes (which saved my husband and I so much time), and gave us her professional opinion on things when we asked her. Morgan also followed up with vendors closer to the wedding date to ensure everything was in place. On the day of the wedding, Morgan was there to help my husband and I with anything we needed. She and her team also did a great job of managing the flow of the event.

Morgan is so knowledgable about the industry and she was so organized and on top of things. Her calm presence helped my husband and I so much when we had felt overwhelmed by wedding planning at times.
