Stopped in an older woman sitting up front didn't bother to say hello or acknowledge me. A man behind, asked her to help me, she said, "I have to go to the restroom." So, he tried to help. I told him i wanted information on a trip to Cancun, for late April 2018. I know its early but i just wanted ball park figures for 4 people. We plan on spending at least 3,000 to 4,000 or more per person for a nice place. But I will take my business elsewhere. The lady never did get up to use the restroom. Very poor customer service.
