Personally I hate riding the city bus for numerous reasons!! I don't like it when it's 12:00 p.m. and you have to wait for over an hour till the next bus! Also some of the bus drivers can be very unhelpful, unreliable, and have no common knowledge about what bus number or what route to take when asked repeatedly!! Also I don't like stopping and going constantly with SEAT. I feel that when I do have no other choice and I have to take the bus my whole day is spent from riding all around everywhere until I can get dropped off!!! To be honest if you can find any alternative means of transportation besides SEAT bus take a ride

I have ridden this bus with a fair amount of success until this year. This year they have moved multiple bus stops without making any note of it on their schedule page. I am only in CT for one day today and they took. 2 hours of my day away by not letting people know that the stop to pick up from the casino was moved, causing me to wait in the wrong place. These buses only run every hour or two so when you miss one it really cuts into your sightseeing time. When I called, basicallyall they had to say was Ooops. Thanks SEAT for messing up my last day off this summer! I will be sure to tell my friends.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY. I picked up a buss pass but they gave it me with only 52 minutes in it!! So I wasn’t even able to use it and had to pay another time. BEWARE of buss 6 it was a red hair middle aged woman who ripped me off!!! when I asked her about it. she just got loud and said I got it 2 hours ago even tho it was only 1 hour ago!!

MAYBE IF YOU HAR A SIGN SOMEWHERE THAT SAID YOU NEED TO TELL THE DRIVER BEFOR PUTTING MONEY IN WHAT KIND OF PASS YOU WANTED THINGS LIKE TODAY WOULDNT HAVE HAPPENED. THIS SPANISH LADY DRIVING BUS 9 IS LUCKY THE LADY DIDNT SLAP HER.

It is truly unbelievable how rude these people are.. it's like they find the rudest, most miserablest person possible to answer the phone.. almost like they were the one who just had the bus fly by and completely ignore them in the freezing cold. If this was any other business, no phone person like that would still have a job.

Called for info was given the info but instead of saying goodbye she just slammed down the phone to hang it up

Thare not constant with the schedule when you get used to the bus arriving at 10 after it now leaves at 5 after.
