Stocked with any and all of your needs! I can’t even say enough about the breath taking views!
House was clean, owners kept in touch, and the rental more than enough space for a large family!

The “Sunlight” property was truly amazing! Just perfect for our family of 5. Extremely clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely come back here and stay at this place again. The backyard was just gorgeous and we enjoyed it every morning! We only saw one Javelina one morning, and saw a donkey and a coyote walk through. Perfect location for us. It was close to everything. Highly recommend!

This was easily one of the best rental properties my family & I have stayed in! My family & I stayed here for my Sedona courthouse wedding.
Pros:
-The house COMFORTABLY fit 9 of us. Each room in the house was gigantic especially the master bedroom
-The house was absolutely beautiful & the view is amazing
-Excellent location. Less than a 5 minute drive to downtown Sedona & courthouse
-The house had everything we needed for cooking, grilling, coffee, etc
-The house was very quiet & felt very safe
-Loved the mini golf, hammock, hot tub, game room, etc

Cons:
-The wifi in the game room went out during our stay
-The jets in the master bath need servicing. The jets spray everywhere/all over the bathroom! Otherwise the bathtub was great
-A few ants were in the master shower
-The garage code stopped working during one of the days we were there
-There are barely any locks on any doors including bedrooms and hallway guest bathrooms
-the dishwasher instructions are extremely hard to follow. it took like 4 of us to figure out the dishwasher, lol! but once we got it going it was great

Overall we all rated the house 9/10. We had an amazing time & will definitely use sedona vacation rentals again!

Sedona Bell Rock Tranquility is a nice home in a quiet neighborhood close to hiking trails, restaurants, a market, and shopping. The home was super clean and had all the amenities you might need. It was an added bonus to be able to see the Milky Way and a sky filled with stars from the driveway. We highly recommend this home for a vacation in Sedona.

The Sedona Zen house is nothing less than FABULOUS. Renting instructions were very clear, house was well stocked, we bought the cancellation waiver up front and needed to use it(to switch dates)- that process was very clear and easy with the cancellation waiver on hand! Couldn’t recommend enough.

We just returned from a fabulous stay at this vacation rental in Sedona from April 2-7, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Nestled in the heart of breathtaking landscapes, the property provided a perfect balance of comfort and convenience, making our getaway truly memorable.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning views of the red rocks that could be seen from nearly every window. The rental itself was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed with all the modern amenities we could wish for, making it a home away from home. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the very private backyard (that is huge), soaking in the serene beauty of our surroundings. We also enjoyed jacuzzi and outside fireplace..

The location was ideal, offering easy access to the best hiking trails, charming local shops, and excellent dining options—everything was just a short drive away. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing great tips on how to make the most of our visit to Sedona. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches, like a guidebook to local attractions and a welcome basket, really made our stay special.

We had a great experience renting through Sedona Vacation Rentals. Communication was thorough. The home was well-cleaned. We appreciated the Red Rocks Pass and guides being provided. We also appreciated the simple check-out list (like not stripping beds). We will look for more “I love…” rentals as we travel
The house itself is is very dated. However, nothing is broken and all is clean. We liked the location of the house along with the quiet neighborhood and great views.

A little piece of heaven! So many amazing features - house far superseded expectation. *Perfect* location with all hikes/mountain biking/shopping within 15 min. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Views from every angle are perfect, way beyond photos pictured. There was nothing lacking from kitchen and all logistics were easy, no inconveniences at all (from gourmet kitchen to easy to connect speaker system to excellent grill). So happy to have stayed here and will definitely be back.
