We stayed at Emerald Resort. The Resort is nice and clean. Pool areas were clean, had a good amount of chairs. Very short walk from resort to the beach. Really enjoyed the outside games. Area around resort is nice, lots of places to walk to and some good restaurants. Condo was great! One of the best we have stayed in. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. View was beautiful!! Rooms are nicely decorated. Plenty of room and had everything you would need while staying. Kitchen was well supplied. The closet of beach toys was a nice surprise. Balcony is big with a table and chairs. Lisa was GREAT!! Very nice and easy to work with. Will definitely book with them again.

This is our 3 year staying at the house we absolutely love it we are a family of 12 with 3 under the age of 6 and this house is a perfect location and Convenient to Walmart and other Local. Store and bars and just right down the street from Pier one and we absolutely love the fact you step out back on the patio and your right on the beach ⛱️ and a great view another summer vacation memories in the book till next year.

We stayed at one of the vacation rentals run by. See Ya at the Beach over the new year. The house had absolutely everything you can think of needing at the beach! Nice towels, nice bed linens, very comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Really, they have thought of everything. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and it was just a quick walk to a beautiful beach. The backyard has a pool and a hot tub, plenty of seating, tables, and lots of shade umbrellas. We enjoyed every minute of our stay in Panama City Beach and would absolutely visit again and stay in a rental from See Ya at the Beach. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely the most fantastic experience we have had to date renting any place!
The house was exactly as described! It is beautiful, well decorated, clean and perfect for us! The location is near the beach, the neighborhood is quiet and very safe!!! When we arrived there was an issue with two of the sun loungers, I texted Lisa and we had new ones almost immediately!
Lisa was very responsive to all communications and an absolute pleasure to work with!
There is no question we are planning to come back here!!
Thank you Lisa for making our month in PCB easy and enjoyable!!!!

This beach house was just what we needed. Quiet street because it is a “dead end road “ great for walking and getting your steps in. The beach house is very cozy and comfy with all up to date Wi-Fi, 4 smart TVs, 3 bathrooms with showers , great patio to watch sunsets, and close to good restaurants and activities.

Lisa from Sea You at the Beach was great to work with. The condo is absolutely beautiful and well-appointed!!! Beds are the most comfy I've ever experienced in a rental. Absolutely no complaints from start to finish. Parking garage is a bit tricky, but I drive a Pathfinder and I was able to maneuver it without too much trouble.

This is the second time we’ve rented from see ya at the beach but the first time at sands of Laguna b1. I can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. I’ve never seen a better stocked rental if you should decide to cook. Need chairs for the beach? They’re here. Need a steamer to get your dress for dinner ready? It’s here. Need a hair dryer? Umbrella? It’s all here. Beautiful views. Wonderful place for washing off the sand. The only two recommendations I have is to look at the shower heads as we would’ve enjoyed more water pressure and maybe put some more rugs in the bedrooms. I know sand tracks but it’s not cozy walking on the luxury vinyl all the time. Other than that we loved our stay and plan on being back. Lisa is fabulous and responsive. Thanks again for another wonderful vacation!

EXTREMELY clean…. Very FAST reply’s when contacting them…. Beautiful condo…. All kitchenware was in great shape and very organized …
LOVE THE LITTLE NOOK UPSTAIRS AND THE DECKS ARE AMAZING.

The resort itself… horns were not working accept for one…. The heated pools were not heated….

Other than that… perfect. See Ya At The Beach obviously sets standards!

We will be back!
