Yes. I don’t need to say much more, if you’re considering going, go. This will definitely be your new favorite spot. I had a cheddar everything bagel toasted with plain whipped cream cheese, I intended to eat half, but couldn’t resist the other. I also had a hot coffee with caramel syrup and oat milk. their coffee is very bright and flavorful! I will be returning in warmer weather, but they were still open on the coldest day of the year, averaging 10°.

Definitely worth the drive! Our sandwiches were delicious I love how fresh it tasted and I could tell they use quality ingredients, you definitely get what you pay for. And the coffee was delicious as well. Staff is also very nice which is a bonus. I wish there was indoor seating for when it gets colder but I’ll enjoy it for now until the fall!!!!

Seed is the best of the best. All of their offerings are full of flavor and creative! Their sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch are so good – definitely a step above the ordinary. The bagels are amazing on their own. Everything I've tried here has been 10/10. Outdoor seating only, which is nice in the spring/summer, other than that it's take out only. I drive 30 mins for this place and devour the deliciousness in my car in the colder months. Definitely worth a try!

Bagels and coffee are ok, but the best thing is without a doubt the sausage and waffle sandwich. The waffle is fantastic. Other breakfast sandwiches can get a bit over complicated with too many flavors (like the fig one).

Absolutely phenomenal bagels and sandwiches that leave a lasting impression! The flavors are simply divine—I'm already dreaming of my next visit.
While I generally prefer indoor seating, the quaint tables with umbrellas outside provide a cozy retreat from the sun. Plus, the gentle breeze that sweeps through the patio adds to the delightful atmosphere.

Okay this is the absolute best bagel place I have ever experienced in my life! It’s quick, delicious, and you can tell the ingredients are always fresh, even the bagels! I usually get the East Willow Hog sandwich (see photo) which is soooo good and hearty. Another one of my favorites is the Wake Me Up sandwich, perfect for all the fellow meat lovers out there.

Ordering online is so easy and pick-up time is quick. The staff is always so sweet and really caring when it comes to customer service. Sandwiches are a little pricey but trust me when I tell you this: you are getting the best QUALITY breakfast sandwich. They also sell their fresh bagels. So perfect for taking them home!
