I relied on him to understand condition of the vehicle as we weren't able to see it in person before driving from Indiana. He was spot on with the vehicles 9/10 condition. Tom helped us with all of our paperwork when we got there and even had the car's gas tank full for us, which was so nice. We dealt with really nice, honest people.
