A Truly Unforgettable Experience with Selective Sound Events!

From start to finish, Selective Sound Events truly exceeded our expectations and helped make our special day even more memorable! The entire process, from scheduling to handling our special requests, was seamless and professional. They were incredibly responsive and took the time to ensure every detail was just right.

The music selection was perfect, and the volume was spot-on—never too loud, but always just right to keep the energy high and the dance floor packed. We received numerous compliments from guests about how great the tunes were, and there was a wonderful balance of old favorites and fresh tracks that had everyone moving.

One of the highlights of the night was the incredibly unique moment they helped create—announcing a "gorilla playing saxophone with balloons." It was unexpected and absolutely hilarious, giving us a truly unforgettable memory that our guests will talk about for years to come!

The only small hiccup was a mispronunciation of the bride’s maiden name during one of the announcements. While it was a minor slip, it’s the only thing that kept this from being a perfect 10.

Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better DJ service. Selective Sound Events made our event so special, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch entertainment that goes above and beyond to make your event unforgettable!

We had the absolute best experience with Selective Sounds and DJ Patrick! I was pretty particular about music and Patrick absolutely knocked it out of the park! They did an amazing job and did so much to help make our wedding a blast! From the ceremony to the reception all of the music was great and their planning materials were so easy to detail everything we wanted for the day. We were on the dance floor as much as we could be and it was just such a fun night and that’s thanks to our great DJ, Jay. They also did lighting and our photo booth and everything looked so good. The line for the photo booth never ended and we got copies of all the photos and they’ve been so fun to look through!

Danny C was the DJ for our wedding at Cleveland Museum of Art, he did a great job! He was very helpful in choosing songs and getting an idea of what we wanted and didn't want. Easy to communicate with and very professional as well. One of our friends actually booked him for their wedding right after, highly recommend!

We met Jay R at the wedding expo in Cleveland - he won my fiancé over who was super particular about the music and vibe of our wedding reception. He paired us with Mike B - I’ve been in the wedding/event industry my whole life and have not met a better DJ! He was personable, friendly and fun! We had a great initial meeting with him and knew we made the right choice. We had music requests all over the board and Mike absolutely nailed it. Our guests are still raving about our reception 3+ months later! We also purchased the Photo Booth package for our guest book.. it is great to look back on our guest photos from the night! The Photo Booth attendant was super nice and friendly and helped make the perfect guest book!

We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding DJ than Patrick. From the very first meeting, it was clear that he truly cared about making our day special. His flexibility with our busy schedules was such a blessing! He was always willing to meet us at times that worked for us. He made the whole planning process a breeze.
On the day of our wedding, DJ Patrick went above and beyond, making sure that every detail was perfect. We had a few last-minute changes, and he handled them with ease! He adjusted the flow of the evening to exactly what we wanted. His ability to adapt and deliver on the spot was nothing short of impressive. In addition, he gave us advice that completely changed the day for the better.
Thanks to him, the music was flawless (and EXACTLY what we wanted), and the atmosphere was electric from start to finish. He kept the energy up, and the dance floor was never empty! It felt like he knew exactly what we needed, even before we did!
Our music taste may not be for everyone, but he made sure to mix all of the songs we love in a way that we couldn't have loved more.
We truly cannot recommend DJ Patrick enough. He made our night more than we could have ever dreamed of. If you’re looking for a DJ who is professional, attentive, hilarious, and goes the extra mile to make your event unforgettable, Patrick is your guy!
