Don’t ever book with this company for your birthday! they’re thief! Leesa the owner will be super super nice and after you will pay the deposit or the money for the birthday, than she won’t be nice anymore and she will add you hundred of dollars more than you agreed and will charge you even for air. She scream on me on every phone call and scream she not negotiating on price even though I never tried, she totally destroy my princess birthday party!! We loved our experience, top to bottom, with Send In the Clowns. From the beginning (we found the mention in the Parents magazine), Leeza was good to follow up instantly and provide multiple ways to get in touch and ways to look at examples. She is text friendly, email friendly, and phone friendly.
Then, our nieces really enjoyed the pre-recorded message from Elsa! The formatting of the video is top notch (I wish there was some more background for fun to look at), and the music and references to the specifics about our party were so thoughtful and she made it seem easy in the dialogue!
