I have had the worst experience with Sentinel Travel. We book our honeymoon to Hawaii through them, which we though would be a more personal experience to find out, they booked our trip through another agency that we could have done ourselves for free. Not only that, but we had updates to our itinerary in which we were never informed about and the itinerary we received from them in email did not mach the itinerary we received through the mail from another company. Our flight home was originally through LA and changed to San Fran, not only did the destination change, but our seats changed as well and my husband and I were no longer sitting next to each other. You would think a travel agent responsibility would help to change our accommodations to make our trip easier, but she only made our trip worse, we were not able to change our seats and had to go through hell and back to figure out what went wrong and how this may have happened. We tried to contact our agent, but she did not reply to us. We had to book all excursions on our own and she promised room upgrades at each hotel in which we never received. I would never recommend this company, Jennifer turned our awesome honeymoon into a nightmare. I have tried to contact her since to help understand what happened here and I have not received any form of communication back.

Booked a trip to Spain through Sentinel, had a fabulous experience! Every hotel was unique, 5-star-but-not-that-expensive, and daily plan worked like a charm. Definitely saved me money on hotels, highly recommended!

Horrible experience in Australia. Wife and I booked our travel with these people. They don't stand behind their product, and don't hold vendors accountable. Cheated us out of well over $2,000 due to their mistakes, with the vendors, and their lack of follow-up, holding vendors accountable, and dismissive to taking any ownership. Avoid using them.
