If I could give zero stars I would! My husband, daughter, and myself drove from Rocky River to here because of the flavor selection for slushies but as soon as we walked in I noticed how dirty the floors were then we walked over to the drink counter and there was an overwhelming smell of vomit! We immediately realized someone had thrown up in one of the trash cans, on the counter, and on the floor and no one had bothered to clean it! My husband had to go to a worker to tell someone to come clean it and while we were standing there waiting for them to clean it another worker walked past all the trash and mess and seemed completely unbothered by it like it was completely normal! On top of the vomit, there was trash all over the counters and the floors were absolutely filthy. There were also bags and trash all over the floor by the self checkout area! I will never be going back to this gas station again!

Not to happy with a past purchase of a car wash, went to purchase gas and car wash to find out carwash is closed. Checked back the next day was still closed. Not sure who I spoke with but obviously trying to offer me a refund but all I want is to be given some type of estimate of when their car wash is expected to be reopened and they have no clue how long it will be down and no timetable no idea of even why it is down , the staff here are very weird and obnoxious, how do you not effectively communicate whats going on with your car wash to the person fixing it. So the we is no other place I can use the code at after checking that option. I know these issues is everywhere and it's getting out of hand.

I have never stopped at a dirtier gas station or truck stop. This place takes the cake!! Absolutely filthy!! Coffee machines didn't work because of needing to be cleaned. The windows.. it looks like the clean them with dirty rags from an oil shop. I had to use the bathroom but decided not to even go near them!! SAD!! We love sheetz. Not this one!!! CLOSE IT!!

I have been to over 30 sheetz locations with over 1,000 visits in my lifetime. This particular store is a travesty to the brand. They mess up your order 50% of the time. I have never had my order messed up at a Sheetz and it happens here more often than not. I asked to speak to the store manager or regional manager and the “on duty” manager refused to give me their business contact information saying they were too busy for me. Sheetz corporate needs to secret shop this store and do something about it, they do not represent the brand well. The only thing consistent about this store is messing up orders and making excuses about it. It is quite assuredly the worst sheetz location in all of Ohio and Pennsylvania combined.

Fraud Charges on my card...beware

I traveled here for work, stopped by from the airport to fill up. The card reader at the pump was acting up and I had to cancel the transaction several times.
Fast forward 2 weeks, I see fraud charges of several hundred dollars worth of fuel, as if I filled up a semi truck fuel tank. both charges are from Sheetz.
I will not come back here ever again, will avoid sheets for now onwards. There are many gas stations to serve your needs.

Seems like an okay store. Couple rude customers, so really felt bad for the salesgirl & cashier. Good prices on gas, close to the turnpike..

My husband ordered me a breakfast platter tonight for dinner. It was a complete disaster. The waffle bread was so burnt I could've used it as a hockey puck. So not worth the wait and drive.

We stopped for a quick bathroom break and the women's restroom was horrid! There were no doors on any of the regular stalls. The handicap stall had a door but the toilet was filled with poop. It looked like someone tried to plunge it with the cleaning brush and then just left the mess.
There were no signs about it being under construction, etc. Just missing doors.
