Shelley was an absolute dream to work with and made our wedding planning experience truly wonderful! HIRE SHELLEY!! Choosing her was one of the best decisions I made in wedding planning. My family has hosted many weddings and we usually do everything ourselves. I hadn’t really considered a day of coordinator until family and friends, plus the venue suggested it. From the first call with Shelley, I knew I could trust her and that she was going to be a reliable vendor for us on the most important day.

All of her planning calls are useful and supportive. She even shares her vendor list if you need reccomendations for other services. She truly wants whatever the couple wants and helps to make sure that happens. My family really wanted to assist with set up and she reassured us to just let her handle it so we could relax and enjoy and that’s exactly what she did. She was an integral part to making our day perfect.

I am so thankful to have had Shelley coordinating our day and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for planning assistance.

We hired Shelley for day of coordination for our wedding in April 2024 and she completely blew us away! We were initially hesitant on whether or not we needed a coordinator but ultimately decided to hire one and are so pleased we chose to go with Shelley! A coordinator is a MUST for the wedding day. Shelley was friendly, organized, and had thought out every detail for the wedding day. She was easy to work with and very professional. Each planning call was productive leading up to the big day. Our wedding day ran smoothly thanks to her. We had the absolute best time without a worry in the world because we knew everything was taken care of. We even got several compliments from our other vendors on how organized she was throughout the process. We absolutely love Shelley and are so thankful we found her! Shelley was everything we could have hoped for in a day-of-coordinator. She kept us on track w/ periodic meetings, and gave us input when we asked for it. On the day of the event, she was at our venue running the show for 14 hours! She even made some announcements and cued some music when it was needed. She supported our unique vision and didn't push us to add things to our wedding/budget that we didn't care about. We highly recommend her! <3

Shelley is the absolute BEST! At the time of my engagement my fiancé was having health issues and I was 3 months postpartum. I could not fathom the thought of trying to plan a wedding, or even where to start! I called around and spoke with a handful of planners, but when I got on the phone with Shelley I knew she was the one for the job! She made the process of planning my wedding stress free! From coordinating with vendors, finding ways to cut costs, bringing my visions to life, answering my hundreds of texts with questions she probably had already answered at some point previously, running around making sure everything was set up perfectly on my wedding day, and lastly going to bat for me with the venue when they were going to short me on my deposit! I enjoyed working with her so much, and so did all of the vendors I used… they all had great things to say about her from the times they had previously worked with her!
