The cutest getaway spot! My boyfriend booked through Jeanie and she was the sweetest. She picked us up from the dock and drove us to our airbnb. The place itself is very cute and clean! Definitely great for two people. It's also perfect walking distance to literally everything! Overall, 10/10 stay, would recommend 🙂

My friend and I went to Catalina Island just for the day but then wanted to stay. So we went to Jeanie's and she was amazing she gave us a wonderful deal on 4th of July weekend. Her place is so cute and so clean and comfy ❤️... We were meant to meet her. She treated us like if we've known her for ever. I for sure will be going back to visit her and the Island ?️. If you're looking for the whole package: cleanliness, comfy, courteous, loving and very close to town like a block away from everything. Go stay here ... Love Monique and Mistie the girls ?

Jeanie was super responsive even just an hour or two after booking! She, as advertised, picked us up from the harbor in her golf cart and transported us and our luggage back to the unit. The unit itself was adorable, quaint, and decorated with local items and artwork. It was super clean and had exactly the amenities we needed while we gallivanted across the island. The location is perfect and it is tucked away enough to be quiet but only a 5 minute walk or less to most of the main Avalon strip. Jeanie was super helpful, accommodating, and full of smiling assistance from beginning to finish. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED as an affordable, yet practical, alternative to some of the more inexplicably expensive lodging options on Catalina!

Very cozy and close to everything which made it easy with kids. All basic essentials such as coffee, creamer, a toaster and other snacks available. Vons is 1-2 minutes away (walking distance) so that was nice as well. Highly recommend for families who want to be close to everything. Anything you want to visit is in walking distance. Jeanie is very accommodating, responds quick to any questions you may have and is very kind. She came by and brought something for my kids to do at the beach which was very thoughtful. We appreciated her hospitality. Highly recommend to stay here for a visit.

We love staying with Jeanie! The rooms are small but so clean and have everything we need. It’s in a easy location to get to everything. We love it when she picks us up at the boat too! She goes above and beyond.
