Opiniones

This company has 2156 reviews on Google My Business.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, but it is pretty noisy especially near the elevators (like any hotel). The staff is courteous and the Operations Manager (Gurpal Singh) is exceptional. There was a disturbance over the weekend in the adjoining room next to us which lasted through the night. Gurpal came in from his home to manage it and was gracious to us in offering a discount on the room rate due to not sleeping at all. We are thankful for his attentiveness and follow-through despite having so much going on!

I travel every week for work. Upon check in, I asked if I could check out late since I work night shift and wanted to rest before leaving the area. I was informed that I could stay until 1400. On my last day, the front desk manager who is very rude informed me that I cannot. After six days of confirming it with multiple front desk reps. When I arrived after a long shift at 11. I was informed that I had one hour to shower and leave the hotel. After speaking with the front desk about the potential mix up of information. The front desk manager told me that he is not running a charity. I didn’t even ask for it to be free. I was willing to compensate the hotel an additional cost but he wanted me to pay for an entire night to stay two more hours. The hotel housekeeping doesn’t give towels. I had to do their job by physically walking to the front desk everyday to ask for towel. They housekeepers said that they couldn’t give me the towels on their cart?! Regardless, the hotel is in a good location but the parking lot is filled with pot holes, parking is limited by the entrance, they allow big dogs and you will be able to see the hair all over the hotel in the common areas and room. I owned animals my entire life and still was astonished with how dirty the hotel was. I was offered to rebook this hotel for $65 this week. I quickly refused. My home is cleaner than the hotel. Do not waste your money here. Front desk manager is a joke and has no professional skills to deal with guest.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable! I stayed on the Club level and had the best experience each morning in the Club! Carlos was so attentive, helpful and friendly- he even remembered me on my second morning! He really made this stay seem more “home like” than any other hotel I’ve stayed at. Can’t wait to return!

Here for work but walking into the hotel felt closer to randomly walking into a resort with the impeccable customer service. Carlos in the M club was so attentive and welcoming. Love the breakfast and dinner apps the m club has. The gym is large for a hotel too which is a major plus.

The hotel itself is nice and seems relatively updated. The bar in the lobby is convenient as well. The room had nice amenities, the bed is especially nice.||The highlight of my stay was Carlos-he was warm, welcoming and accommodating every day and made sure the lounge was very well stocked!

Positive: Lots of good things to say. Clean room. Lots of free parking. Fast elevators. Nice area close to Expo. Pet friendly. Negative: Room thermostat did not seem to work. Temperature was uncomfortably warm.

This is my second visit to the Sheraton Edison and it’s one of the better hotels in the area. Lobby restaurant and cafe are great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in addition to lobby is open, full of natural light and well appointed. As an elite Bonvoy Member, the lounge is a great benefit. Carlos who is the attendant is personable and friendly, also willing to go the extra distance if he can accommodate in any way. Management at this hotel is present and also attentive too.

Stayed here for a convention. The hotel was pretty nice. Clean room and housekeeping daily. 2 bottles of water in room daily…appreciated that. There isn’t much for dining out nearby, so be prepared to drive somewhere.

The breakfast was mediocre for the $20/person. Same powdered scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, and cereal selection. This type of offering is usually comp at other hotel chains. For $20, food should be prepared fresh. Please get a better system for juices. You’re given a 3oz glass for both water and juice. OJ was on the buffet line in a 20oz carafe. Almost always empty.
