What a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Where to begin, we were in house for a wedding that was staying at the hotel and everyone was lovely. I valet parked my car which was a smooth experience and very friendly. Once in the hotel I was checked in by a young gentleman whose name I didn't get but he was working with Ally and they were also both awesome and nice. The room was ready early which I knew wasn't required but they made it happen for us and it was very much appreciated. The room was beautiful with a nice balcony that faced the street. Security was nice, front desk was lovely, I had a question about my charges and Adriano, the Head Concierge, asked me if I needed help as I stood in line waiting for a front desk agent to open up. The hotel was very well kept and the pool was clean and it was nice to be able to have a drink there as well. What a wonderful experience overall. My only nudge of an issue was that on the balcony I had full cell phone service but inside the room I had no cell phone service, but the wifi was solid I just couldn't make any calls in the room which might stop me from staying again.

Beautiful and amazing hotel. Right across from the beach, with great views. The hotel staff is AMAZING- every single staff member is friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A major shout out to R. Bravo, who went out of his way to help with adjusting our dining reservations at the last minute and making sure our stay didn't go off track! And the hotel is nice, clean, safe, and inviting in all aspects.

We had an amazing stay at The Shore Hotel, and the standout part of our experience was the exceptional service provided by Adriano, the guest services representative/concierge. From the moment we arrived, Adriano went above and beyond to make our stay truly memorable.

He was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, especially when it came to helping us with our packages. Not only did he ensure everything was handled with care, but he also made the process seamless and stress-free. Adriano's kindness extended to our children as well — he surprised them with thoughtful little gifts that made their day and added a special touch to our visit.

What truly set Adriano apart were his fantastic recommendations for exploring the local area. Every suggestion he made was spot on, helping us discover some hidden gems around town that we might have missed otherwise. His knowledge and passion for the city shone through in every interaction.

Adriano's warmth, professionalism, and genuine care for guests make him a true asset to The Shore Hotel. He turned a great trip into an unforgettable experience for our family, and we’re already looking forward to returning! Thank you, Adriano, for your outstanding hospitality.

great hotel with ocean view. Good value for money. Polite staff. Especially liked Rafael and Melissa who work at the pool bar. It was nice to start the morning with them. They are nice and sociable and serve a delicious breakfast )|Hope see them again

We recently visited The Shore hotel. Adriano was exceptionally helpful and recommended Chuck to assist with transfers. I would highly recommend both businesses to have a seamless stress free holiday. The Shore hotel was a great location and Chuck waited patiently while we had a delay through customs.

My wife and I stayed at the Shore Hotel for one night during a quick visit to Santa Monica. The valet service, lobby, and customer service was excellent. Our room was nice, and was located on the backside of the hotel. The room was spacious, we had two queen size beds, a sitting chair, desk chair, and a balcony (though we didn’t use, it was spacious). The bathroom was your typical hotel bathroom, and the rain shower head was refreshing. Some reviewers complain about the glass shower window that divides the bathroom from the room. They have a privacy barrier, that retracts, so I’m not sure what the big deal is. The location should not go unnoticed. It’s steps from the bridge to the Santa Monica Pier, and is in the heart of restaurants in every direction.

My husband and I stayed at the Shore Hotel for 8 days. It is a beautiful hotel located across from The Santa Monica Pier. Our room was on the first floor with a cute outside sitting area, where we could enjoy their beautiful courtyard.

We loved that we could walk to so many different places from The Shore Hotel. There are tons of shopping, dining, and attractions all around.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay at The Shore Hotel again. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to others.

What a fantastic trip! The owners & staff of this hotel go above and beyond to make your experience perfect. The ocean view, pool, and location can not be beat and allow you to truly enjoy Santa Monica to the fullest.
