Literally irresponsible, as in: they don’t respond. Had a flight from Tweed New Haven to Nashville on a Monday. Website says you can’t reserve on the website, call the number 48 hours in advance. Called the number on the prior Saturday. Left a voice mail, asked to confirm. No answer. Called twice on Sunday, left messages. No reply. Website says they’re open at 6am. Called at 6:30 am on Monday, left a message. Numb. Sent a text message requesting confirmation. Nothing. My wife, terrified of driving on I-95, drove me to Tweed. You are either in business or you are not. If you are, tell customers you can or can’t do their job. Not a lot of taxi service where we are, so communication really matters here.

I called on a Saturday to schedule a ride from Madison to New Haven Union Station for the upcoming Monday morning. The dispatcher told me he could not do this and I should call back on Monday at 9AM. I did this and got a recording to leave a message and if no one calls back in 15 minute I should call again. No one returned my calls in 40 minutes, and I called 3 times. As my time frame was now short I resorted to using Uber. I am very disappointed as I prefer to support local businesses. I hope you can get your dispatch team up to speed on Customer Service.

Rick and his drivers provided wheelchair service to dialysis for my elderly father, for about a year. All the drivers treated him with care and dignity, and listened to his stories. They were always on time and if there was a delay they always called to let us know. I always knew he was in good hands with them, I highly recommend their services. Thank you to all!

I called on a Saturday morning to get a ride from Guilford to Shelton on short notice (1 hour). Both the dispatcher and driver were professional and pleasant to deal with. I recommend Shoreline.

Tried to get a taxi for an early morning ride. Was curtly told nothing available. Obviously they want to work only when it suits them. That is their right, of course, but if you are looking for anything outside of normal hours, I would suggest you use Uber or Lyft
