Very disappointed in the lack of service this business displays at the Niles location. Two years ago we purchased a cruise for my parents. Had a horrible experience with the lack of communication with our agent. Sent emails, called numerous times during business hours (both agents direct line and general office #), left voicemails etc. Weeks later, still zero effort on their behalf to get in contact with me. Had to reach out to the St Joe office to even come across someone directly. After that whole ordeal we ended up being given to another agent who gave just minimal effort but because it was already paid for we had no other option. Fast-forward to two years later, decided to give them a go for a second time. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and that it was possibly just a one time not so great experience and I will give them one more chance. Tried for two weeks to get a hold of an agent and/or get a call back this second go around. I told myself I will make one more final call and if no one picks up, I move on and try and plan this vacation myself. I really just wanted the ease of someone doing the legwork for me. That is pretty hard to come by anymore. That last phone call I was able to get an agent and over a three week time. I heard back from her no more than two times. And still three weeks (and counting) after my last email and Voicemail to her direct line, I have yet to hear a response. We were wanting to book our second cruise and ready to do so once we were given all of our options. I ended up contacting the cruise line directly and booked it on the spot. Which I should’ve done from the get-go and it was a lot more simpler than I expected it to be. I will never refer this company to anyone. Save yourself time and go elsewhere. 👎🏼
