My booksigning event was beyond anything I could have expected. The staff code will be on the call of duty, ensuring that the space and bodies, your vision this is transferred in the colors, the designs, the food, the hospitality. I’ve never been treated with such graciousness as I was at this venue I would encourage everyone having a baby shower, recital, reception party, meeting to do so and signature!!!!

Signature Event venue was everything I wanted, they exceeded my expectations in a professional manner. My guests were very impressed and pleased with decor and food. I will definitely be utilizing this venue for future events as well as exposing the venue to others.

My husband and I had our wedding at Signature Events yesterday, and it was wonderful! I already knew things would be good from how they handled my church's anniversary dinner, but Ms Lisa and her staff truly went above and beyond for our wedding! They handled everything: décor, food, setup, cleanup. I didn't have to lift a finger. All I had to do was meet with Ms Lisa and tell her what I wanted. It was such a load off my mind after all the other things I had to do with the ceremony. And everyone there is so friendly and accommodating. They really treat you like family. Their prices are reasonable, too. I would recommend Signature Events to everyone!

Our 60th birthday party was held here. The staff was amazing, professional and provided a high quality experience from planning through execution. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Was here for a family dinner. They were setting up as we were arriving. Our waitress staff informed us she had gotten out of thr hospital that morning. She was perspiring as she was setting napkins under silverware. We were concerned🫤 she was also serving food. It's shameful how we HAVE to come to work unwell. Anywho. We arrived abt 130ish. They weren't ready to serve until 230ish. Fortunately we were 1 of the 1st tables served because we were getting back onto the road and due to their schedule we didn't leave till abt an hr later.
Waitstaff were kind and pleasant.
Ceiling tile needs to b replaced.
Bathrooms need updating. Stalls are tight and I'm smaller in stature. Definitely need larger stalls. The men's restroom opened up to two tables. Glad no one had a #2 bc it would've been an unpleasant meal😒😟
It's local so this is just my observation
They have a nice TV screen to show videos. Nice dance floor. Definitely rent table cloths, cloth ones. The plastic ones show the wood tables. Food was ok. The chicken was greasy for some older ones. The brisket was delish. Plenty of parking. The entrance was nice.

I recently attended a birthday party at Signature Events, and while we all managed to have a good time, the overall experience left much to be desired. The staff, though extremely kind and helpful, were clearly overwhelmed and short-staffed. There were no servers to clear away dirty plates or refill water glasses, which meant that the two staff members who were present were stretched thin. They were busy manning the food stations, and only after serving everyone did they have time to start clearing tables.

There were several issues with the food service. We had to wait even after it was announced that dinner was ready because the vegetables weren’t warm enough. When we finally got the food, it was underwhelming. The chicken breast pieces were cut in half, very dry, and small. On top of that, we weren’t allowed to have extra servings of chicken or ham. The side dishes were also a disappointment, lacking in both quantity and quality.

We also had difficulty getting a food plate for the DJ, which added to the frustration. Despite these problems, we made the best of the situation and still had a good time. However, I felt bad for the birthday girl, who had paid for the event, especially since many guests had similar concerns. Signature Events has potential, but the lack of organization and poor food quality really hurt the experience.

My name is Avery in which I have just left Signature Event Center and I have to say they have done a very wonderful job with the food and decorations. I work at The Ritz Carlton Cleveland and I have to say that was a very well put together event space and the staff is welcoming. I wish I had pictures to show but everyone should experience the space and staff for themselves. Thanks for having my poetic mother Ms. Honey Bell-Bey tonight.
