Ramona is the BEST wedding coordinator. We had the privilege of working with her as another vendor on a wedding day (photographers). She is so organized & kind when working with her. Her positivity and amazing attitude shines through in her work. She definitely prioritizes her couples and makes sure they get the best experience on their wedding days! She made sure all the vendors feel as though they are on the same team with the same goal, to deliver the best day possible to the couple. If you are still looking for a coordinator, look no further as she will make your dream wedding a reality! Also, she offers an adorable ice cream cart with some delicious ice cream.

Ramona helped us create the best day of our lives. She ran such a tight but fun and loving ship. I’ve never been on the inside of a wedding before as a bridesmaid or bride or otherwise so I had no idea what I was doing and she helped me the whole way. Ramona was also incredibly accommodating to my parents, who can be a particular with how they like things. our wedding party included multiple queer and trans individuals and our wedding activities included drag queens, and everyone felt incredibly accommodated respected and loved. So if you’re looking for an inclusive wedding planner, Ramona is your lady! I would recommend her as a wedding planner to anyone, She was phenomenal.

TL;DR I don't think 5 stars is quite enough to recognize Ramona for all her amazing work putting together our perfect wedding. She went above and beyond in every single aspect and made sure our day went off without a hitch all while also earning the love and respect of our hard to please wedding party and guests! She not only gets the job done perfectly, but she does it with grace and a smile. She is truly made for this.

We hired Ramona to coordinate our wedding day back in 2020 and since then, we had changed our wedding date multiple times. She supported us through that process and quickly responded to every single email and question over the years. When the wedding finally approached, she and I corresponded almost daily to iron out all the finishing touches and she guided me through every single decision.

When the rehearsal and wedding came, everyone was impressed by her organization and ability to herd people but also noted how likeable she is!
The wedding day went off without a hitch and Ramona was there to make sure we (the bride & groom) had fun, got to try our signature cocktails, and everything in between.

As someone who has sometimes unreasonably high standards, I can't recommend Ramona enough. She truly overdelivered in every aspect and we LOVE her.

I loved working with Ramona! She made the whole process a breeze and was so nice to work with. We rented a few things for our wedding in Portola (card box, dessert stand, cake stand, frames, pick a seat sign) and they gave our wedding the perfect touch! Ramona was also amazing and worked with us to schedule and early drop-off time and was understanding when we informed her we had forgotten a sign. We were 100% willing to pay for the sign but instead she let us return it when we were able to get it back. Working with Simple Country Weddings was one of the easiest and most pleasant experiences! I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for beautiful, rustic, and vintage decorations for any event.
