Such a great experience working with Chris at Simple Soiree Party Rental!

We had been looking for a loveseat rental for our baby shower for several weeks and the price to get someone to deliver the chair for a few hours at other locations was horrendous!

Chris not only responded quickly, but was more than willing to not only deliver the chair but pick it up as well. Chris was extremely flexible and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

We needed tables and chairs for a special occasion for the weekend. I called a bunch of party rental places around Manchester and South Windsor, personally visited their stores to look at the tables and chairs. None of them have chairs in good condition, I am glad I finally found Simple Soiree Party Rental from Google search and contacted Christine. I explained to her my requirements and how bad the chairs in other rental places. She was kind enough to send me pictures of the chairs from her inventory and they look very clean and new. Total 70 chairs and 14 tables were delivered the day before the event and picked up in great condition after the party. I originally thought of buying chair covers, but after looking at the chairs I dropped that idea, because the white chairs were very clean and looked brand new. She is very professional and hardworking; I was very pleased. I highly recommend using her services.

I would like to leave zero stars. I am so disappointed in this company. After failing to have the correct staffing to deliver my order correctly, the table I ordered was dragged across my lawn, through mud and dog poop- because one person alone could not lift it and carry it on our LIT pathway 2 steps away. My brand new rug was stained and I had to remove it and have it professionally cleaned. The owner of this business basically ghosted me and did not return a text ot email. Would Not Recommend. I also helped carry in the chairs I rented, I used the lit pathway

Had the best experience working with Chris at Simple Soirée Party Rental! She was prompt and displayed excellent communication throughout the whole process. Chris set up tables and chairs in 90° heat and was patient and positive with us the entire time. 10/10 would recommend if you need party rental equipment!
