We highly recommend Siouxland Travel for your next vacation planning! We've used this agency several times, and they thoroughly cover every detail. In addition, during the past trip that we took to the Dominican, we had major issues with the airline we were using. The customer service at the airport was less than helpful, but I called our travel agent (Bethany) and she got everything taken care of for us. She turned a very frustrating experience into a positive situation, and we had a fantastic trip. We will certainly be using Bethany and Siouxland Travel again in the future!

Had a great time at Dreams Jade Resort. Bethany did awesome at finding us a place that catered to my son’s gluten free needs. They were so good about making sure his food was safe for him to eat which took some stress away for me 😊.

We had the best time at El Dorado Maroma thanks to Kendra being an incredible travel agent for us! She was quick to answer with any questions we had about our trip and she was full of detail!

The resort itself was small and quiet with an older crowd but truly so amazing! We loved the slower pace! The staff treated us SO well and we loved getting to meet other guests there. Everyone was friendly and the activities on the resort kept us entertained. The beach was well cared for and was beautiful! Food and drinks were some of the best I’ve had at a resort as well! We would definitely go back and utilize Kendra again!:)

A trip of a lifetime - thanks to Siouxland Travel. Twila made everything - reservations, accommodations, vouchers, etc. - so easy for us. This trip was in memory of my late brother, and the four of us could feel his presence in so many ways. Thank you to Kendra for all of her help in planning our family vacation to Ocean Maya Royale in Playa del Carmen! Kendra's efficiency, attention to detail and communication through the entire process took away so much stress. Our resort was beautiful. The staff were friendly & fun, and the food was amazing. We had a great time filled with great memories to last a lifetime!
