I had a trip planned with another person to Israel for Nov 7. I was required to make payment in full in September. When Israel was attacked on October 7, we decided we should cancel. We also paid for insurance. We canceled October 8. To date they have denied to pay us back our money. Over 8k is owed to us. Insurance denied the claim "Travel Insured International" is the name, and SITA also denied a refund. This is so unbelievable to me. I wonder if i should have refrained from telling them i am a Jewish woman... Absolute Insanity.

Thanks to Natalie Lee at SITA World Tours for the arrangements made in Amsterdam for my group of 51 people. The guides were excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The buses were comfortable and the drivers kept us safe on the roads. Despite the chilly and rainy weather, we enjoyed our 3 days in Amsterdam. Everything was just perfect. Thanks again. We have used SiTA for years - at least six trips and ten countries. They provide an amazing experience from the booking process to coordination of itineraries to the amazing tour companies associated with the respective locations. We had such an incredible time! All the transfers went smoothly, and we enjoyed the excursions. The boat trip to see the glaciers ended up not being the original one booked bc they had to switch our 4x4 day. So, it was about 3 hours longer than we had expected. but nonetheless, it was incredible seeing the glaciers at sea level. The box lunch was delicious. We loved the walking tour of the glaciers. Iguazu was unbelievable. We ended up not going to the Brazilian side but did the boat ride instead because crossing the border was taking over an hour. SInce we were on a tight schedule, we decided not to chance it. All the hotels were wonderful. Funny story, while staying at Gran Melia, monkeys broke into our hotel room and raided our mini fridge. They drank our beer and a red bull plus ate some snacks. We were forewarned, but Dan forgot to lock the balcony door. It's crazy how they have the strength to slide open a sliding glass door. The Argentinian Airline was so punctual- departures were early and arrivals were always on time. The Xelena staff could not have been more helpful. They arranged for us to have covid tests done at the hotel on our last night there. The heated swimming pool was so great at the end of each day. It was all fantastic!
