THANK YOU SARAH!!! We just had the best family vacation to Disney. Sarah helped us plan it and it was truly magical! She took all my stress away!? I loved how easy she was to talk to!! Sarah was able to get every dining reservation we wanted and I’m so thankful she added the memory photo maker to our package. We took pictures everywhere! I would have missed out on priceless photos of my family that I will treasure forever if it weren’t for her. My husband looked at me in the middle of our trip and said “Text Sarah we need to put a deposit down on next years trip” Ha! Don’t have to ask me twice! Can’t wait to plan our next trip with her. Again, thank you Sarah!

Sarah Jones has planned 2 trips for our family for birthday celebrations at Disneyworld, and what a joy it has been working with her! I am 65 and “grew up” with Disney, being only an hour away from the gates. But it is much harder to navigate these days since I am electronically challenged. Sarah got us reservations I could never have accomplished at “Be Our Guest” and “Space 220” restaurants. The tips for which parks to choose and details every step of the way we’re so helpful and I would not dream of going back without her planning. Accommodations were just what we needed and the children would have been happy with just all there is at the hotels. Have fun on your trip!

We had a wonderful Disney vacation at the beginning of 2020 organized by Kelley with Small World Big Fun. The planning process was seamless and we felt confident going into our trip with all of the preparation and guidance she gave us. I initially felt a bit overwhelmed with all of the new technology since this was my first time traveling to Disney in over two decades, but Kelley helped us with every detail and was available for all questions (even during our week stay!). I highly recommend this company for any travel plans and look forward to planning our next family vacation with them.

Sarah Jones was an amazing travel agent. She got us all the reservations that we wanted. She was very accommodating. She definitely works around the clock, I received an email notification at 3am one morning, getting us reservations at one of our favorite restaurants. We will definitely be using her again in the future.

Having done the Disney college program (way back when) and having taken numerous trips to Disney, I have always considered myself a “Disneyologist.” However, even with all of my knowledge and experience, I still seek out Ashley’s help in planning each of my Disney trips. Whether it is a fast pass reservation or a dining reservation, she leaves no stone unturned in trying to secure the best possible time and location for me. Through her research, she has found wonderful deals which have saved me hundreds of dollars. She also travels to Disney often and keeps me updated on the constantly changing attractions. I haven’t taken one of her river cruises yet, but that’s on my bucket list, and she will be my “go to” agent! When Covid is finally over, and it’s safe to travel widely again, I’ll be looking to Ashley to help me with planning my next vacation...I’m ready for beautiful water, beaches and restaurants somewhere exotic! I can’t say enough about how thorough Ashley is! I recommend her to anyone looking to book a trip whether traveling near or far!

Sarah saved our daughter’s 6th birthday! After planning a trip on our own a year in advance and having it “accidentally canceled” by the cruise line, we were left with no vacation less than two weeks from the time of our travel dates. I reached out to Sarah and within 2 days we had an even better trip planned! We learned that a travel agent is an absolute must! The cruise line that canceled our trip even told us to use a travel agent going forward! Sarah saved the birthday and will be our forever travel agent. She really knows her stuff and makes it so easy.

We recently used STEPHANIE YEMM with Small World Big Fun to plan our first Harry Potter World trip (aka Universal). I didn’t want to sacrifice saving money or experience so I was extremely happy with being paired with Stephanie. She was amazing. From start to finish she cared about the little details and making sure we knew exactly what our options were and helped us choose what we wanted based on our priorities. I was so so thankful once we got there with all of her suggestions because they MADE the trip incredibly easy, fun and memorable. We didn’t waste money on things she thought wouldn’t (and didn’t) benefit us, leaving us extra spending money there. She gave us amazing itineraries and helped us customize them. She even helped us the day of our Harry Potter visit when we realized we had a kid who wasn’t going to do well with the rougher rides (boo motion sickness) but she came to the rescue with a new list of shows, rides, and things to try that might be more gentle. She checked in with us throughout the day and followed up the next day while we were at the other side of the park. It was like having an enneagram 2/big sister to talk us thru what to do. And all free for us!!! We didn’t get charged a dime for using her! What a gift. We are so thankful for Stephanie and will call her specially again when we go to Disney, Universal, beach or cruise (that’s what we know she does, we asked?). If you’re looking for someone who actually cares about your vacation and your family having a good time, call her! You won’t be disappointed!

Carrie designed a Disney trip for us as a family after a long time away. It was easy, seamless, organized, and we felt so well taken care of. I felt like I was organizing a trip with a member of my family. She does an absolutely wonderful job, and keeps you abreast of all your deadlines….She prints off itineraries, what to pack ( so helpful), and even thought of small things that you would not think of like bringing a poncho etc . We plan to only use Carrie as our travel agent from now on. It just felt like all we had to do was arrive and the rest was taken care of…I feel like I should put her in charge of my hectic life and it would be a lot easier?.Thank you for such a gem!
