If you want to feel like you are in jail then this would be the place for you to stay. For the price, the rooms are decent. But that's about all I can say. If you stay here long term do not expect privacy. Even when you are not there, the owner Nick tells his staff to go in your room anyways. Late at night, he creeps around the motel stopping to listen in at people's doors. You can not have any company. If you do he will call your room phone demanding to know who is in your room with you or he is outside your door listening. He will stop your company (family and all) and tell them not to come back on the property. You are not allowed to socialize with other residents, you are to stay in your own rooms. Even long term guests he harasses when it is time for your next payment due. He will call hours before checkout to ask if you are staying because if not he wants to book your room for someone else. He will talk about other guests to you and turn around and talk about you to other guests, but he rarely addresses any problems he has with you. He will tell people you are trouble or slick or do not talk to them, etc. Very unprofessional. We stayed there for about a year, within that year 2 people died there. One in which the body was in the room for a week before they discovered it was there. Roaches are pretty bad too. Cleanliness is bare minimum. Our door wouldn't shut properly. Our air conditioner was sitting on top of wooden blocks. Our curtain had mildew on one side and it took them weeks to change it.

This was the worst hotel I have ever visited. Do not go by the pictures on TripAdvisor they are all photoshopped and fake, even the sign that says OYO off the road doesn’t exist - the sign is some other hotel name. Oh and if you refuse to stay based on your room condition they won’t refund your money.

Need a place to stop during a solo road trip to grab a few hours of of sleep and after 2 different unsuccessful attempts at other hotels in the area (one of which I actually had a reservation with but they gave my room away) I stumbled across this little place. It was late probably midnight , but the man and woman at the front desk were very kind and welcoming. I was even lucky enough to be given a small discount. They accepted cash, which was very convenient and did not require a deposit. For under $75 a night after tax, the rooms are decent. They were clean over all my experience was a good one.

Drivers: room for 5 trucks here, right off i75. Overall good value for the price. Office personnel was very friendly. Room AC was strong, with typical amenities: bed, couch, table with 2 chairs, TV, mini fridge, microwave, chest of draws, nightstand table and lamp. The lamp has USB ports, and the power outlet was tight - no slipping. The landline didn't have a dial tone. There may be a button dialed to call out? There is a place to hang clothes with 2 hangers. No coffee maker, iron, or board. There are a few places to eat within walking distance if you're desperate. I didn't check for an ice machine or vending. I didn't stay the whole night because I was just napping between trips, but I didn't see any bugs or get bitten. The room was decently clean, and the linens and towels were bright white. I wouldn't mind coming back here if needed.

A great motel with the best staff.
Unbeatable rates to be less than 1/4 mile from I-75, Pilot, Wendy's, & Taco Bell.
Rooms are always clean and they are pet friendly.

The lady at the front desk kept asking me if I had a dog or a puppy or something. Got to the room upstairs and it is nasty. The walls look like someone cooked(like in a stove when it splatters, tho I’m sure that’s not what happened) and forgot to clean. There was absolutely no toilet paper. Two very small towels like I couldn’t have wrapped one around my phantom dog or kittie. The bed was like laying down on a bbq grate with a hole cause you will fall in in certain places. It was definitely “rode hard and put up wet”. I have yet to see a coke machine or snacks, the parking is very limited and I have seen 5-10 German roaches. All of this for a great fee of 70$. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone else. Unless you wanna swat bugs off your face while you sleep. Oh yeah no coffee pot and the bathtub had a huge bandaid like patch on it that looks as if it shouldn’t get wet. For 70$ I should have at least had a cup of roach coffee for the morning. The floor is so grossly sticky if you walk barefoot- prepare for grocery store feet. And there is not an extra safety lock on the door so single females beware! 70$ for a 40$ room.
