Emily is legitimately one of the most insightful, empathetic, creative, and well-organized people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with professionally.

When my fiancé and I got engaged, I wasn’t sure we needed a wedding planner, but was curious and just wanted to see what was out there. After one meeting with her, it became entirely clear she was the person to make our dream a reality.

She helped us to maintain sight of our vision for the big day, even in stressful moments that had me in tears of anxiety and confusion before talking to her. There was literally no problem that arose in over 2 years of planning that she couldn’t help me see my options through.

I know that hiring a wedding planner can seem like something only fancy celebrities or rich people do, but I highly recommend Emily and her team if it’s possible for you and your spouse to be. Wedding Service Review – Travel Agent Perspective

As a travel agent who frequently works with wedding planners and resorts, I had the pleasure of collaborating with Emily with Soireeia on a recent destination wedding, and I cannot speak highly enough of she and her team's exceptional service for a joint wedding that we planned in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. Despite the many challenges presented by the resort counterparts—delays, miscommunications, and unexpected last-minute changes— Emily remained calm, composed, and incredibly professional and persistent throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, she demonstrated outstanding organizational skills, managing all the details with precision. Her team took the time to understand the couple's vision and worked tirelessly to bring it to life. Even with a few hiccups on the resort’s end, they ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding. What really stood out was Emily's proactive communication with me and my team. In the end, the wedding was a huge success, and the couple couldn’t have been happier with the experience. Alexis and the amazing team at soirée made our wedding planning process and day of so amazing! I felt supported through the planning process with the check in emails, and thought our pre wedding meetings were very helpful to organize and keep some sanity! I can’t even begin to brag about how lucky I was to have Alexis in my corner for the day of my wedding! She was absolutely amazing, to the point it’s hard to put into words! She was my brain, she helped me keep from running on autopilot the entire day! She made sure I had food and water, used the bathroom, that I was taking time to soak in the moments and that I was having the time of my life the entire time! Dylan and I are so grateful she was apart of our day, talking back we both agreed we felt like she was there the entire day for the both of us, even though we weren’t together the entire time (I think maybe she cloned herself)! She had every detail figured out and if there was a problem I can honestly say I never knew! She was also so genuine about how much she cared about our wedding! She wasn’t just there because it was her job, you could tell in the care she put in that she wanted to make sure we were okay and taken care of, along with making sure our wedding was everything we wanted and more! I could honestly go on and on about how amazing they were, but I’m just saying if you are on the fence about getting a coordinator, use Soirée. I believe my wedding wouldn’t have been everything I wanted it to be if I hadn’t had them, I also believe it cut out all the unnecessary stress I could have potentially had to deal with had I not had them!

Wonderful experience, a planner you can trust!! We hired soirée for day of coordination but Emily helped us through the whole process. She’s extremely organized, well connected, calm, and prepared. The timeline she put together was perfect. I needed flexibility as we have a four month old who needed feedings throughout. I never felt rushed. The day really was set up for us to enjoy and I greatly appreciate that. 10/10 recommend!
