Very knowledgeable, well planned, understanding , kind, extremely patient . These are only still a few of the characteristics of Sonia Touloumdjian owner of Sona Tours. We took our first tour with Sona of Yellowstone Park and Mount Rushmore. We are definitely hooked. We had a wonderful time . We laughed, danced, Sang and made great friends while touring these amazing locations. We will definitely tour with her again wherever she goes anywhere in the world . Thank you very much Sona. My husband and I are very happy and satisfied with Sona Tour. We just came back from our trip to Greece and Dubai. Ms. Sona is very professional and knowledgeable about her job. Everything was well planned, organized, and Sona Tour delivered on all of their promises. The only thing that bothered us was that our fellow travelers were not punctual and kept the rest of the group waiting for them. Even though Ms. Sona clearly explained the meeting points and times, unfortunately, some of them did not respect and honor the time of other group members. Overall, we are very happy with Sona Tour and look forward to going to Jerusalem in April 2024 with Sona Tour.

I have a blind brother who is otherwise healthy. We have traveled all over the world together not only just him and I alone but we have also gone with groups of people lead by tour guides and have had such amazing and unforgettable experiences that we will forever cherish.
Earlier this summer, he had wished to go to Yellow Stone National Park, so we bought the tickets from this well known company in Glendale known as “Sona Tour”. Two weeks before the trip, the tour guide, Sona, had set up a meeting with all of the travelers to discuss the details. During this meeting I told Sona about my brother’s situation and asked if she can make minor accommodations for him. Sona responded by saying that I should have told her about my blind brother sooner, however, she did not tell me that he can’t be a part of the tour. So, it was the day of departure. My brother and I took an uber from Tujunga to LAX. We checked in our luggages, went through security, and waited at the gate prior to boarding the flight. As soon as Sona arrived to the gate and saw my brother, she called me over and said that he cannot travel with the group. I explained to Sona that my brother and I have traveled the world together many many times despite his disability, and no matter what I said, she refused to let us be a part of the trip. So, my brother and I had no choice, but to go back home. We were in such disbelief. Never have we experienced something like this before. Not only was this unprofessional of Sona, but what she did was straight up discriminate against my brother. This experience was quite sickening for us, we literally felt mentally and emotionally sick for weeks. My brother felt so humiliated and was feeling so down from this situation that he did not even have the energy to leave the house for weeks. I hope and pray that other tour guide companies accept travelers with disabilities like my brother because traveling is what he loves to do most and no one should have the right to stop him.

Excellent tours , we enjoy all our trips with sona tour ,we have gone 14 times and hope to go more, Sona tries her best to keep us happy and satisfied, goes out of her way and does a lot to make the trip fun .

I have done multiple group tours with Sona’s tours and they have all been amazing! She is amazing, the tours are all so organized and you get to see all the beautiful and important places. Can’t wait for my next trip!!! Highly recommend.
