I just want to thank Gabe for being attentive and empathetic. He's willing to help without hesitation and delivers. The community is challenged with uncertainty with the fires and there is sure a sense if community and individuals paying forward. Thank you also to Jun & Elena for the assist.
Sonesta is also offering fire victims a special rate, so reach out to the hotel if in need. The restaurant behind may also be hosting a food drive, Stay safe all.

i don’t do reviews myself but this one is important because the staff deserve a round of applause. i came to sonesta kind of late in the night - hesitate for my own reasons. i instantly felt at ease when i walked up to the front desk - it is such a welcoming place with an amazing staff. Dionicio is an absolute damn freaking superhero. the room is immaculate but the hospitality will stick forever. thank you.

we have big room but the facilities are quite outdated, especially with a lot of limescale, so I'm a bit hesitant to use the coffee machine. However, it's convenient to find places to eat nearby.

Samantha is a terrible host. Make sure she does not book your reservation. She claimed to book us 3 rooms. Only booked us 1 room, on top of it, never sent an email confirmation, and then they claim they sold out of rooms for the weekend we wanted to go. She is absolutely terrible and does not deserve a job there. MAKE SURE SAMANTHA DOES

Positive: "" Negative: Upon check-in, they sprung a $75 charge on us PER DOG, after advertising themselves as ?pet friendly?. Also, an EXTRA $100 ?cleaning fee?, because we had the dogs. There?s absolutely NO mention of these fees on their site, OR on YOUR site.
