My daughter, (4), my wife, myself, and our pup. All had just a wonderful experience and excellent treatment at Sonju Polaris. Everybody we came in contact with was very helpful and extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Josh Megorden was the sales rep. we worked with and he did a fantastic job. We couldn’t be more pleased with the service! We will be coming back to purchase more toys in the future!

Prices are 2k+ more then advertised because of all the fees. High pressure sales tactics, plus harassed by constant calls after inquiring.

On the phone they even wrote the price without all the mandatory fees. Highly deceptive.

I have no idea about this business as we were there early morning; among supporters at the 2024 Grandma's marathon race. Still rating them as five stars for allowing all their property to be used as staging grounds for all those runners in grandma's marathon!

Purchased a Polaris RZR from them broke within the first few rides. It has been at the dealership since July it is now November 1st. They have yet to touch it. Lost the entire riding season. If I get someone to call me back it's the same story, "I hope to get it in this week, yours is next". The warranty they sold me won't cover anything. I had to call Polaris they offered to take care of it under goodwill repair on a machine that has 900 miles on it. Why couldn't the dealership call Polaris? Should have been my first red flag. After three months and several calls and emails they offered for me to trade my machine in on a new machine. Cash in the garbage warranty they sold me to put towards the tax, title, dealership fees and cost difference from my machine as if this was some grand deal. This place is a joke. I don't recommend this place to anyone. They may have some of the cheapest machines but you get what you pay for. I would pay more from a solid dealership than this place. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Sales process was good. Zac Topping does a great job in the powersports sales division. He would get 5 stars himself. However, after the sale, I needed support for transferring the registration and some sales tax information. They did not help me in any way. I would call and try to talk to their representatives in titling and finance. They would never answer the calls and when I would leave messages, they did not get back to me. They have terrible customer support. Make sure you have them do everything correctly at the time of purchase, if not, they will not stand behind the sale and support it. It took me 6 months to get my titling, registration. and sales tax issues figured out, when it could have been done within a month of purchase if they would have offered help.

We used to get good service but now no return calls. Over 2 weeks playing games. When our warranty runs out will take other measures.Also over the last 2 years 3 different service managers. What is up with that. Not good. Really liked Kevin.

Needed some keys cut and fobs programmed. Was misquoted a price over the phone which I found out upon arrival. The service department kept to the quoted price! They also took care of my vehicle recall all at the same time! Very friendly! Also kept me up to date during my wait which was refreshing. I've had many bad experiences at other dealerships over the years.... sonju left me feeling like they actually cared about their customers! 5 stars all around!
