What an incredible experience sailing with Captain Kali and Sound Sails! My husband and I booked a sunset charter with friends of ours and had an absolutely wonderful time. Wow. What a great experience. We had a friend visit from out of town and we thought this might be a cool and unique way to get a full Mystic experience and we were so right! Capt Kali is the best and she took such good care of us. We learned a ton about sailing too as her passion is infectious. Can’t wait to sail with Sound Sails again!

I could not speak more highly of my experience with Sound Sails. Kali and team gave me and my family a wonderful experience on a leisurely sail around fisher’s island sound. They were very accommodating with a group of all ages, and they clearly knew what they were doing. We were also able to bring a nice picnic. Looking forward to our next cruise.

Booked a sail on a Sunday and was so worried about the weather, as it was predicted to rain and thunderstorms. Reached out to Sound Sails and they were so great about it, and of course it ended up being an absolutely amazing day!!! My fiancé and family had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend to anyone!! Plus, a functional bathroom on board is a plus for any non-boater! The staff was so knowledgeable as we were asking about everything haha!

Sailing on Loki was astronomical! As a Great Lakes native, I thought I knew the ropes but these ladies showed true professionalism. Not only did they teach my kids sailing basics like vocabulary and knots, they also showed them the science behind it. That’s not even it- they pointed my wife and I in an excellent direction for our anniversary dinner in Mystic. More than a sail- a snapshot into New England life. NOT TO MENTION- this was one of the only charters that kept the guest list private- it was just US
