The Source is THE BEST! They have been my go to business for all my printers, supplies and repairs! They always try to find the best value and fit for my company needs. Plus they help hold my hand when something doesn't work. Beyond the business service - they are a great "local" business to work with: Bob, Gary, Nadine, and Anthony truly care. You feel like you are the most important client when you are with them.

I called them about my wife's Dell laptop, her screen went white, which was caused by the LCD plug disconnecting. She needed it back by Monday for her master class. They not only took us in that day, but we had it back in a few hours! The people were so polite and professional on the phone and in person. They also took the time to clean up and make her laptop run faster. When she picked it up, they explained everything and why it happened and how they fixed it. The Cost was very reasonable, Which I was very surprised. Overall, I'm a customer for life! Thank you!

It's hard to find a company that puts their clients first, but this place certainly did! My Dell laptop screen went white, because of the LCD plug disconnecting. They gave me a quote when I dropped off my computer, and when they called me to tell me what was wrong they told me if would be 30$ less then the quoted price! They also updated a few things and cleaned up my computer to make it run faster free of charge. They are a very honest company, and were incredibly friendly and fast! We dropped it off and 2 hours later, we got a call that the computer was ready. They made my family a customer for LIFE! I highly recommend them!

I was referred to this place by friend got some good products but I bought 1 laptop they charged me for that one come to find out it didn't work properly so then I paid the difference on the other laptop and I put it in the shop because something was going on with the mic come to find out it's not working properly either and I paid $350 for that laptop. The people here are pretty cool but idk about the laptops. Only good things is they have a 100 day warranty on their products.

I took my Oki 831 printer in for repair. The feed rollers seemed to be basically destroyed due to me (stupidly) trying to print directly on canvas. Instead of ordering a new part, they found all the little springs and parts that had come apart and put it back together in about 15 minutes while I waited. I think most service centers would have just ordered the new part and I would have been without my printer for a week or more. I was amazed that I left with my printer repaired a half hour after arriving there and at a extremely reasonable price. Fantastic job!
