We stayed at Tidewater. The condo was beautiful, well maintained, and well decorated in beachy colors. Beds/couches were comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfortable for reading a book oceanfront on days that the weather didn't cooperate for being ON the beach. Complimentary chair/umbrella rental was a great perk and one reason we went with this property - the guys managing the chairs were so helpful, checking in about every hour through the day to see if you needed the umbrella repositioned. We felt safe on the property as you needed your wristband to get out to the beach and then back into the resort. Elevator wait times were reasonable, but could be a bit longer if it was close to check in or check out times (there is a set of three elevators just a few doors down from the unit). Check in and check out was a breeze and Southern Coast was great at communicating with us before and throughout the stay. Location very convenient to Pier Park and other shopping (could even walk there if you wanted to). Two huge pools with hot tubs (one on each end of the building) and pool bar/snack bar/restaurant on site. Movies twice a day in an indoor theater and a small arcade. Fitness center was small, but had a little bit of everything. We had a wonderful spring break and would definitely recommend.

This was our second year in a row in this unit during May. It is a nice Condo directly on the Beach literally within steps to the Gulf. It was clean and perfect for our Family. The management company always communicates extremely well. They even send text reminders to pull the trash cans to the curb. A++ and will rent from Southern Coast again in the future!

An absolute phenomenal find! Our condo rental was newly renovated with luxury finishes. The view is unbeatable and breathtaking. It was everything we could have imagined and more. We will definitely be back on our next visit. Thank you Southern Coast Vacation rentals!

We had an incredible time on our stay! Everything was top notch & so convenient and easy. We hadn't used this vacation rental company before and didn't quite know what to expect, but were very pleased. Awesome customer service and the place we stayed at was awesome. Also, we LOVED their free activity per day! Whenever we visit a new vacation spot we're always researching what to do in the area. With the activity site they use you get a great list of ideas & options on what's available in the area. My family loved it. Boys loved the activities!! We will be using them again.

We stayed at the Majestic in PCB Spring Break with 2 of our grandchildren. It was perfect for us. Nice comfortable clean condo with great view. Plenty of towels and bed linens. Appliances and air conditioning in working order. Furniture nice and clean. The indoor pool was great since it was cool. No issues at all! Definitely recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

We stayed at Celadon. Great location, steps from the beach. Everything that was described was accurate. The condo was clean, had all the necessities for us to cook several meals. The only hiccup was the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working but not that big of a deal. I would choose this location again.

One of the best condos I have ever booked. It was clean, well appointed, the views were amazing and all of the people we encountered were friendly. The only thing we purchased was our food. Everything else was already available.
