I worked with Lauren K. to plan my 50th birthday trip yo Playa Del Carmen, and she was absolutely amazing to work with. She was always available to address any of my questions/concerns. I called Jane for a quick getaway to a Sandals resort in the Caribbean and she did not disappoint! My family has been using Lauren for almost 10 years and she is absolutely the BEST! We just returned from a 7 night cruise on Adventure of the Seas. Our family crew consisted of 24 people ranging for 2 to 87. Our rooms with balconies were the largest we have ever had on a cruise. Lauren arranged everything from booking the cruise, room assignments, dining selection, hotel the night before and transfers for everyone that flew. Also, we had champagne waiting in every stateroom when we arrived! Lauren is amazing and so sweet to work with. Can’t wait for our next trip so get ready Lauren!

Lauren is a true professional and made my first cruise experience perfect! It'll be tough to beat this trip. My sons graduation present could not have went better starting with Southern Travel Agency's Lauren Kerbelis. I highly recommend anyone planning a vacation to start with Lauren. NCL Prima is less than 1 year old and a beautiful ship. Consider booking your own flights but if you don't want to spend time with airlines, NCL packaging seemed to save $$.
