I had one of the best experiences at this spa. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the facilities are absolutely beautiful—creating a peaceful atmosphere that brings you to a state of deep relaxation. I was very disappointed. I purchased a gift certificate for my mom in September for the 50 minute session. When my mom goes today they called me saying I have a 25.00 balance. Prices have changed and it was the weekend. None of these were explained when I purchased. The manager Natalie was none accommodating at all. She just wanted my method of payment. If he price is one thing when you buy it I feel it should have been honored. Bad business

I have heard awesome things about the opelika Marriott Spa. Unfortunately, I did not get to experience it firsthand. My husband had surprised me with a couples massage for our one-year wedding anniversary and he had a great night planned for the two of us. To our frustration, we got a call, the day of, and we were told that our massage was going to have to be cancelled due to a family emergency of one of the massage therapists. Don’t get me wrong, I fully understand the cancellation. That’s not what is so upsetting. What’s upsetting is how it was handled. The lady who called us knew that it was our anniversary celebration (one-year anniversary, at that) but she handled it in such a way that brushed us off. To be frank, I expected some sort of discounted service for the incredible inconvenience this was causing us, day of… but we got nothing more than an “I’m sorry”. You can really only celebrate your first wedding anniversary once and all the plans we had for our night had to be cancelled. Do we not get any kind of nice customer service for this?

I had an amazing experience at the Grand National Spa what a fabulous spa nestled away in Opelika Al. My service was spectacular and the amenities were beyond my expectations! The whole experience from the front desk to the service provider was a pleasant luxurious process. I can not wait to go back ! I highly recommend this spa!

Amazing! I cannot remember the gentleman's name but he seems like he really cared that I had a pleasurable experience and he was the only male working on the male side and the two females that did our massages you're wonderful.
