Kaley and her team do such an amazing job! We used her for day of our wedding and it seriously was the most seamless day. I had absolutely no worries or concerns during the entire day. Kayley and her team are everything you could ask for from a wedding planner. They are organized, knowledgeable, professional, and so so helpful in every step of the process. My family was so impressed with how Kayley and her team handled the wedding planning process and coordinating the wedding day. One of my favorite parts about working with Kayley is that she handled all of the vendor communication. This is really helpful if you have a busy schedule. In addition, she is going to know the right questions to ask the vendors. I was always blown away by the questions she thought of to ask, and that really did help the wedding day go off without any issues. I would recommend Kayley to anyone that is planning a wedding!

Kayley and her team are absolutely amazing! Kayley was hired as our “day of coordinator”, and as an out of state couple it was so amazing to have Kayley on our side. We started weekly check ins about 6 weeks prior to our wedding, but she was available for my random questions from the day we hired her. She made sure our day ran super smoothly, held all of our vendors to their contracts, and made sure we had the best day possible!! 10/10 recommend hiring Kayley for all of your event coordination/planning needs, you won’t regret it!

Kayley and her team far exceeded any expectations we had for the wedding planning process and our actual wedding day. Every meeting leading up to our day, I felt calmer and calmer running through things with Kayley. Her expertise and ‘can do’ attitude is truly one of a kind. The day of my wedding I had NOTHING to stress over. I was completely focused on marrying my husband all thanks to Kayley. She took care of everything and again exceeded everything we knew we wanted for our wedding. Kayley and Austin were an absolutely amazing team for my wedding day! We worked primarily with Kayley leading up to the big day. I was incredibly impressed with her professionalism, thoughtfulness, and organization. We hired her as a our "Day Of Coordinator." We started working together in earnest about 8 weeks out from the wedding, with weekly meetings 6 weeks out. While I was running around finishing DIY projects and talking to family that were flying in, Kayley was tracking down our vendors, holding people to their contracts, and overall making sure our timeline worked out. Kayley helped us create a weekend itinerary, which was so so critical with all the things we had planned (rehearsal luncheon, welcome event, actual wedding day, etc). She was also excellent at looking for loopholes or areas that were not fully flushed out for us, and then was perfect with her execution to get things ironed out and agreed on. I also really appreciated the wedding decor excel sheet & powerpoint so that she knew exactly where everything was going and what it looked like in advance. On the big day, I had not one worry or hiccup. She had her team follow through with all of my plans, and I got to relax, get my hair & makeup done, and celebrate the day. I am eternally grateful for Kayley. If you are looking for a wedding planner, seriously, look no further. Just call her. An absolute rockstar.

Kayley and Austin were our amazing Wedding Coordinators on our wedding day in July. But, we got to know Kayley during the six weeks leading up to our big day, because we met with her over Google Meets once a week and those meetings became our life line. She gave us goals to achieve and held us accountable so that we would reach those goals. She helped us with both our miscellaneous problems as well as our big ones. No question was dumb to her and she was a massive help through every step of the way. Even before the six week mark, I was able to call her with an issue that came up with our rental company and she was happy and able to help. I would recommend Kayley to anyone getting married and who is looking to have a guiding hand in their planning process. Kayley and Austin are both incredibly kind, organized, and excited to be apart of your day and to jump in and help. We so appreciated them. 10/10 recommend.
