They’re techs never show up how am I supposed to say anything good about a company when they don’t do anything good for thier customers. For a whole week they have been not showing up at all to any of the times they gave me and now they’re telling me it’ll be another week. Why should I even waste my time with this joke

It's rubbish, it's been rescheduling the appointment for 4 weeks and they never come. They're already more than 3 times that I wait for the technician and he never shows up and I call and they tell me that next week, irresponsible and unprofessional

Seems like south of town always has issues...they away want us to take a day off....never had issues like this when the company was cableone......we bought a new modem, rewired the cable coming into the house, so it's not under the house....there service really sucks for the amount of $$$ I pay.

Wifi is horrible. Cuts.in and out after midnight almost every night. I would suggest another Internet service

Told I need to upgrade my modem and to take it in to get a replacement. Been there 3 times trying to get my modem and the office is always closed. I even checked Google for times there open...and there still closed. Prices are to high. Planning on looking for another internet provider.

Hey is there a reason why it says temporarily closed? I tried calling sparklight but I keep getting redirected. This is very concerning as a customer that pays every month for internet when the website says “temporarily closed”

Some of the worst internet ever. I pay 100$ for a ‘gamer package’ and gave the worst lag know to man. When I call to see why it’s so bad I’m told I need to start paying extra for better plans. Only reason I’m staying is because there’s nothing else in this town. PLEASE if you have or are planning to use spark light. TEST YOUR INTERNET SPEED! I guarantee you aren’t getting what you are paying for. They are the biggest ripoffs in town by far

I had an appointment on November 23rd to install my new equipment, they called me and I confirmed it. The technician never arrived and when I called customer service at 6:00pm they said he cancelled the appointment because "we said we would be working" in reality that person never contacted us. Then customer service said somebody would come the next day and nobody did. Today is December 5th and i do not have any service yet.
If you can avoid this company do it. It is very unprofessional, they do not care about their customers because they know they are the only option in town.
