We were told our tent would arrive first thing Saturday morning and be put up in plenty of time for our 5:30 pm wedding. The crew did not arrive until after 1 pm. At 430 when it started raining and guests were arriving- the tent was still not standing. We had to send our guests back to the hotel because we did not have anywhere for them to stand while waiting for the ceremony. EXTREMELY disappointed to have paid this much for a tent and it not even be in place in time for the wedding. I would not do business with this company again.

Was able to rent pipe and drape, and picked it up easily enough, but when I went to return it on a Friday, the warehouse was closed. Google shows their address is in Homewood, but that is no longer the case.

Mark was great to work with on our company's special event, and I'm especially thankful he thought on his feet when the wind started kicking up! This would've been a very different event without a secure roof over our heads, walls around us, and a can-do attitude from Special Occasions.
