State funded run down and staff seem to be miserable. Patients dont get enough out door time. The buildings are run down. Rooms and pt areas are dreaey. There is not enough positive art or anything uplifting about the buidings. The medical building is horrible. Pts deficate on them selves and "nurses" ise profanity! This place needs a make over and staff that care. But being built in the 1800s what can you expect!? Mental Health reform should start here. Its 2020 not 1920.
