We took a family trip to Cottonwood and Sedona and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Springhill Suites in Cottonwood. We had our 9 month old baby girl with us and the staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. Reese at the front desk ensured that we had a first floor room when we told her we had a baby with us. A gentleman who was shampooing the carpets on the first floor turned off the shampooer when he saw us with our sleeping baby and made room for us to get by, we really appreciated his thoughtfulness. Hospitality and housekeeping staff were very friendly and smiling. Donna, who made breakfast both mornings, was so sweet and gave us recommendations on what to do. Additionally, she was so kind to our child and was very genuine in our conversations. The room was big and very clean. Pool was warm and the deck was a nice place to spend time at. All other hotel amenities were as described, very clean, and an overall great environment. We would absolutely stay again as it was a great experience. Thank you again to the Cottonwood staff, particularly the gentleman, Reese, and Donna!

Simply the best hotel experience in Cottonwood. Excellent accommodations, clean environment, and excellent breakfast menu. The entire staff excels at exceeding your customer satisfaction expectations with a smile. We stayed here for affordability and day trips to Sedona and surrounding attractions. I highly recommend this property.

The staff here are unmatched! Sarah (AGM), Laura, and other team members helped make my boyfriend's birthday special, and when we needed to extend another night due to tough circumstances, they worked with us to get a reasonable rate. This place is a perfect distance away from Sedona for a quiet stay at a clean, kind, and comfortable place. The sheets were comfortable, the AC perfect, and the spinach feta quiches + deluxe oatmeal bar + other breakfast goodies in the morning were lovely. Will definitely return here again when visiting Sedona or Cottonwood! Thank you!

We wanted to take a last-minute trip to Sedona around the holidays, and the resorts and hotels in Sedona were quite expensive and limited in availability. We found the SpringHill Suites in Cottonwood and opted to stay there. ||The hotel is conveniently located off of the 89A, and it was a short drive to Sedona. ||The hotel itself was modern and clean, and the rooms were very spacious. There are plenty of outlets for charging devices throughout the room, including standard outlets and USB ports. Our room was not ready when we arrived around 10:00 am, but we would have been able to officially check in by the early afternoon. ||Breakfast is included at the hotel, and there are plenty of options for every palate and diet. Options included the following: pre-made egg and egg white dishes; waffle maker; coffee and tea; hard-boiled eggs; oatmeal with a toppings bar (nuts and seeds, sugar, chocolate chips, and more); packaged muffins (chocolate [gluten free] and blueberry); apples and oranges; and more. The food was constantly being restocked by the team. ||There is a gym at the hotel. Although we did not use it, it had plenty of space and equipment. There is also a station at which guests can refill their water bottles. ||Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the SpringHill Suites and would recommend it for those who are planning to visit Sedona and perhaps some other locations in Arizona.

Beautiful property, new, clean, well cared for. Staff were welcoming and professional. Great location for visiting both Sedona and Cottonwood. Nice breakfast, parking is safe and plentiful. Pool and workout facilities available. Highly recommend.

Stayed at this brand new hotel for hiking at Sedona. About 25 min one way drive to Sedona. Amenities are new and comprehensive. Laundry room was easy to navigate. Breakfast was good quality and included. No delivery service tho because only one staff on-site at front desk.

Had a really nice three nights at Springhill suites. The room was clean. Separate sitting area with desk. Nice bathroom counter space. The pool was great for swimming. The chairs did not recline so that was a bummer. Nice workout room. The breakfast had different options every day and was very good. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They were a little slow (late afternoon) getting our room "refreshed", which only included changing out the towels, removing trash and making the bed. (The ice bucket had water left in it, and the sink wasn't wiped down or anything else that I saw). As far as location, it worked really well for us. Lots of restaurants in cottonwood (old town was less than 2 miles away) . 30 minutes from Sedona. I recommend it.
