Nice pit stop on the way back to New England from points west and south. The location is boring but conveniently near the highway, without being on the highway. The sofa bed was probably the best one I've ever had to sleep on. the optional second part of the sofa bed looked too uncomfortable to attempt.
The hotel was quiet and I always appreciate a complimentary breakfast with hot oatmeal when I am on the road. There was a Trader Joe's nearby, so I was able to save some money on dinner by heating up frozen stuff in the room's microwave.

Was delayed due to flight, advised I wouldn’t arrive until 9-10pm. Staff was like no problem we got you checked in and the floor I requested. Front desk lady was nice. I did not eat any breakfast during our stay but the days I went for coffee it appeared to be your standard hot hotel breakfast set up. Two great things, well maybe three.|Clean room|Quite nights|Close to freeway but no freeway noise|Definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the area Only thing maybe they could improve their WiFi

The rooms were incredibly clean and so cozy. Everyone at this hotel was absolutely amazing. They were all so kind and helpful and sought to make the guests' experience wonderful. I can't remember everyone's names but there wasn't a single person who wasn't above and beyond nice. Breakfast is also included!

We stay at this hotel frequently when visiting my son. It is a great location. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. The only problem is it has one small elevator to service the whole hotel.

This is a very clean and well kept hotel. Isabella at the front desk was courteous and friendly. The rooms are nice and beds comfortable. Even the pull out couch was great. They were very accommodating with late checkout as well. It’s hard to find a decent and affordable place on the Stamford/95 stretch, so we didn’t mind driving up a little ways for this place.

The rooms are your average SpringHill Suites room minus the flatware, dishes, and other amenities that other "suites" offer. There was nothing remarkable, except perhaps, the location. We paid $250 per night for two nights ($500), and as Platinum Elite members were put in a room against the highway and with a hot Western exposure in the summer. We checked in around 2:00 in the afternoon, so I can't attribute the room assignment to a late check-in. We did ask to move, but we were told nothing else was available.

We also spent the day out to come back and find our room the way we left it . . . Dirty towels, bed unmade, and garbage in the can!! Really? At $250 per night? And after stopping at the front desk to request housekeeping service?

Breakfast? The offerings appeared to be powdered eggs (scrambled) with turkey sausage, oatmeal, and muffins.

Internet is intermittent.

Totally unacceptable for the price!!!!

We won't ever be coming back here, especially when there are better hotels just a few exits to the east. Perhaps not as convenient as this one, but at less than half the cost, better service, and better breakfast, it's worth the trouble of an additional 15-minute drive . . . and the location is much more quiet.

Can not recommend on any level in any scenario.

Very nice place. Stayed here for a couple of days with my wife and kids and check in was very fast and easy. Sarah was super friendly and very helpful when it came to suggestions. Parking was free and easy. Rooms were a little bit small but had 2 full size beds and a pull out couch. Place was clean, beds comfortable and shower was good with the water pressure. The room had a microwave and mini fridge. The staff was great. The continental breakfast was good ( including coffee) and the location was excellent. Nearly easy access to all. Gym equipment is modern. No pool. Would definitely recommend and return

Room very clean, nicely made up. Hotel seems well managed and maintained. Only complaint was a very noisy person on the floor above dropping shoes or boots at 3 AM. Ended up leaving before breakfast, even though we’d paid for it, as we were awake. Left an iPad behind in error and hotel called immediately and is shipping it .
