Absolutely beautiful room in a not so great area. I was going to a concert at the Oakland Arena so I needed a nearby hotel. They have a great service that picks you up from the airport. All you have to do is call the number and tell them where you'll be. In the morning, they have this service too. I had an early morning flight and I was able to get the van at 4:30 in the morning.||Everything is modern and new in the hotel. They have a breakfast buffet that anyone would be able to find something to eat. The hotel room was beautiful and comfortable. There was a desk, a fridge, and microwave provided. Gorgeous, bright bathroom and a very comfortable bed. ||For anyone who's going to shows at the arena or coliseum, it was a quick Uber or Lyft ride to the area and only $10 at most. Very convenient! Would stay there again.

So I took off only 1 point because of the location. My mother and I have stayed at this hotel a few times now. This was our 4th visit and we keep coming back. The rooms contain 2 king sized beds. The bathroom is decent shower, sink, toilet. The draw is the bar & grill in the lobby serving from 11 - 11 with happy hour from 4 to 7. I have yet to do room service. The complimentary breakfast every morning is very nice serving hot food like scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, some kind of potato usually home fries, there's also oatmeal the fixings to add in. There are several cold cereal options as well, then yogurt and juices, coffee, pastries with or without gluten as well as vegan options. This hotels location leaves a few things to be desired as it's in a high crime area of Oakland but the parking and security were excellent. The property does feature a swimming pool but I have yet to make use of it.

I was hoping to get a link to review this property through Marriott after staying but that didn't happen so I'm posting it here. ||This hotel can accommodate up to 5 people which is exactly what I needed when I booked. It's rare to find a room with 2 king beds and a sleeper sofa but that's what they had, for which I'm super happy. There was plenty of room for all of us, without feeling cramped at all.||The property looks very well kept and I didn't feel like I needed to worry for my car in the parking lot. The room was super clean and even smelled amazing the entire time. How can you not enjoy a room that smells like chocolate!?||Having stayed at a different Springhill Suites recently, I found that breakfast was a nice surprise. They have some really great options and both mornings we were there, the staff was incredibly helpful.||The room setup is extremely functional. I appreciated that the TV was mounted on an inner wall (behind which was the closet) so that we didn't worry that we'd be too loud for the neighboring rooms. I also noticed that except for an occasional door close, we didn't even know if we had neighbors.||My sisters and I were there with my 80+ year old mom. I was super happy to be on a ground room floor, close to an exit with our cars right outside. It really helped my mom be comfortable with the stay. Shoutout to Alexis at the front desk who really helped me anytime I needed anything.||Bottom line, this seems to be a well run hotel and we'd definitely stay here again.

SpringHill Suites Oakland Airport is hands down one of my favorite hotels, and as a regular guest, I can confidently say this place feels like a home away from home. From the moment you check in to the time you check out, the experience is nothing short of exceptional.

The staff are consistently warm and welcoming, the rooms are always spacious and impeccably clean, and the atmosphere exudes comfort and care. A special shoutout to the restaurant team, who greet me with smiles and kindness every time. Their service is top-notch, and their salmon salad? Absolutely EVERYTHING!

But I must pause to give a heartfelt thank you to Will at the front desk. Will exemplifies professionalism, approachability, and integrity. He is the definition of hard work and excellence, and Marriott is truly blessed to have him on their team.

Quiet…….hidden gem in a not so nice of an area. Stay every other week for local job and never a bad experience. Rooms are great and always quiet and the food service/bar is really great actually. Never had a less than enjoyable meal and the lovely and most efficient female bar/resteraunt,, female hostess……She needs a raise as really the best. Super efficient, attentive and just generally really good at what she does.

I have never been so pleasantly surprised in my life. The hotel staff really go above and beyond here! The shuttle driver picked us up minutes after we called, took my bags, gave me info on the hotel restaurant & was extremely personable and competent. The hotel checkin staff was great, the bartender was great, the food was good and reasonably priced (for a hotel).

The shuttle driver in the morning reminded me to get free breakfast before hopping in their “Uber Black” minivan shuttle.

Amazing stay, amazing service, and I’ll only be staying here from now on when I fly into OAK.

We ended up coming to this hotel unexpectedly and they accommodated us in every way possible. They were extremely polite, gave us a senior discount, and the continental breakfast started at 5am, which was perfect for our early flight. The rooms were amazing! Spacious and clean.

Very conveniently located right next to the San Francisco bay Oakland airport, across the bay from San Francisco, with hwy access to downtown Oakland and San Jose

Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Lots of parking available (at a cost per night)

Rooms are spacious and very nice.

A basic breakfast is available as well every morning, coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, toast etc. Nothing to lavish, but does the trick if you are looking for a hotel with breakfast in the morning.
