Finally a note of appreciation to Vishnubhai@Sruhadam Tours and Travels.
Excellent tour arrangements, Food and Hotel accommodation were meeting expectations at most of the places. Over all schedule, routes and places selected provided very good glimpses of European history memorable visit to famous sightseeing places, monuments and landmarks.
Will look forward to participate in other tours in coming years.

My mom just came back from a wonderful trip to Japan and Korea. She had not one complaint about this trip and as an indian mom you know that’s hard to do. She loved the food, the travel arrangements and the people. She was so happy and we can’t thank Vishnubhai enough for organizing this trip. As a son you always worry about parents on a trip like this but I would trust Vishnubhai again anytime. In fact they did have a medical emergency for a passenger and they handled it flawlessly and that person received excellent care. That alone is reassuring when you’re traveling with senior citizens. My mom is looking forward to another trip with them soon. Thank you again and if you are considering using Sruhadam Tours don’t think twice. Just do it. You will not be disappointed.

Very nice hotels and variety of Indian food during Japan-South Korea tour in March 2025. Because of the problematic tour Guide, did not enjoy tour as we wish to enjoy. Very poor coordination and team work between guide and tour manager, even though the tour manager was dynamic.

I had a terrible experience with Sruhadam Tours and Travels. They made several false promises and failed to deliver what was agreed upon. When I tried to address these concerns, their customer support was unhelpful and dismissive. This company is highly unprofessional and seems more focused on making money than providing quality service.
I strongly advise others to be cautious before booking with them. If you’re considering their services, double-check everything and get all commitments in writing. I regret choosing them and will never use their services again.

My Parents Went to Iceland with VishnuBhai. Came back last night. They are amazed by the arrangements and food. Not a single complaint with any service.

I am very disappointed with the owner(Vishnu Patel) behaviour. He is doing fraud with the customers. My Aunt book a tour from his company Sruhadam Tours and Travels. He mistreated her very badly and now he don't want to refund her trip money i.e 1500 dollars.

We just returned from South America Trip and wanted to share our experience. Initially I very good things about Vishnubhai's planned trips and decided to join with South America trip from October 12 to October 23. This trip was kind of disappointed because Vishnubhai did not join with us and did not informed us that he is not joining with us and Manager Suganda was with us which she tried hard to manage enjoyable but most of us believed that she was not able to manage as per the schedule was given to us before trip started. Hotels was very nice. Trip was very hectic some days and other days no activity (seems wasted day) because there were five internal flight connections. Some of trips college knew Vishnubhai personally and contacted him regarding issue and he did not take care himself and he referred to trip manager ms. Suganda and even they were disappointed. Food in South America, (Brazil, Argentina and Peru) trip some segment Indian restaurant food not great and try to talk to manager to change different style of restaurant but she flatly denied. Overall, We are not happy with Vishnubhai's care about this trip.

Our first trip with Sruhadam Tours & Travels accompanied by Vishnubhai Patel was a success and great time in 2023. This recent tour to South America booked with Sruhadam Tours & Travels was a complete nightmare! Unknown to us, Vishnubhai grouped us with a whole different tour group company when we arrived in South America because he was not joining on this tour. This new tour group consisted of people who booked the tour from all random guides and companies around the world. All of a sudden our 16 person tour group turned in 28 people which we were not aware of at all. He basically pawned us off to another tour company without notifying us ahead of time. The tour manager, Sugandha, was terrible. Sugandha even brought her daughter, Sunita, from India and passed the whole group off to her to "manage" us as she (Sugandha) stayed back in another country for 2 whole days without us for her own boat tour and shopping. The tour manager(Sugandha) and her daughter(Sunita) did not explain anything to us. They were just there to take our names and make sure we all stayed together. For some reason, all excursion costs were not included in the price of the tour. This led us to being cheated by the local guide on site during a boat tour when he charged $95 instead of the posted $67 per person for the boat tour. Sughanda agreed with the upcharge and argued with us that it was okay for us to be overcharged. When we wanted to book the $67 price directly with the hotel help desk in the lobby, the local tour guide and Sughanda did not allow us to. Why? It is an excursion that is coming from our pockets. Why would we not be able to book it if it is available. We wondered if she was gaining money from us being overcharged.

The tour schedule was a chaotic mess from start to finish. We were subjected to absurd wake-up calls at 4 am for flights, only to arrive at our next destination with no hotel rooms ready for hours. We spent countless hours aimlessly waiting for room assignments. To add to the frustration, our airline bookings were so incompetently handled that airlines couldn't even print boarding passes because Sugandha had bungled the booking confirmation codes.

The food was hit or miss (some restaurants were good yet some were horrible) and repetitive. After eating khichdi/khaadi for 2 days, the restaurant owner offered us to choose the next menu items for variety. Even though the restaurant was the one who offered and completed our request and had no issues, Sugandha confronted us angrily the next day asking who changed the menu. We told her the situation and she claimed “it’s what the company told me and you have to stick with the set men.” What company is she even talking about? We didn’t book with them, and we shouldn’t be at the mercy of some random company's orders from across the globe. We booked with Vishnubhai and Sruhadam Tours, not these clueless impostors.

Reaching out to Vishnubhai was completely useless even though we booked and paid him for the tour. He ignored our calls and messages of distress. When he did bother to respond, he shrugged off responsibility, telling us to speak with Sugandha, who, as expected, did absolutely nothing to help us. Vishnubhai promised us city tours on the first and last day, but naturally, that promise was empty. There was no plan in place, and we ended up wasting two entire days of the tour.

This trip did not meet our expectations especially after a great experience with him during a previous tour. He pawned us off to another tour company without any warning and then washed his hands of the whole mess when things went wrong. We would only recommend Sruhadam tours if Vishnubhai is present on the trip, if not AVOID at all costs!
