Great anniversary trip, planned to our liking at phenomenal resorts with additional virtuoso perks. Holly had treats awaiting us at each of our stops, and was quickly attentive when we were in need of further support during our trip. Upon her recommendation we booked a hot air balloon experience, and it turned out to be one of our best memories! Very satisfied!

I have used St Armand’s Travel and Holly Barrett for two different vacations. Holly and the Virtuoso network have been exceptional to work with. We were booked on a tour for $1200 that we never requested. Was told there were too many emails back and forth to confirm that we wanted a different tour I did send a copy of the email stating which tour we wanted. So disappointed to have to pay for a tour we did not want due to price. Can you imagine getting hit for $1200 tour you never requested Asked for a refund but denied. I will never use this company again. What a way to end our anniversary trip!! Watch out and document every detail if you do decide to use them. Buyer be ware

This is the first negative review I’ve ever left. The front of their shop is located about 2 feet away from restaurant tables in Armand circle. My friend and I were sitting at one of these tables with my toddler- which is always a nerve wracking experience for any mother hoping to brave a meal out with a young child. We were actually discussing the photos in the window and what our next trip would be and my toddler walked over and tapped on the door to wave to the woman sitting at the desk. I immediately called him back to my lap worried he would bother someone. The woman got out of her desk, walked outside to our table while we’re eating and proceeded to yell at us complaining that she would have to clean fingerprints off the glass. As a local to LBK, a fellow business owner, and a person who travels often, I would highly recommend treating the people outside your chosen shop location with a little more understanding and grace.

This was my first time using a travel service for going out of the country. While they had nice people and were available to reach. They promised something they couldn't deliver on. I needed a visa to visit another country and they assured me they could get the visa as they booked my flight. A a day later I get a call saying they could not get the visa in time. A service I asked specifically for since I needed to buy tickets from them in order to get that service. Now I have wasted more then one thousand dollars in tickets, unable to get help from someone else as I cant get a refund.
