The St. Clair Ballroom is a photographer's dream! We at Astrid and Aria absolutely love shooting weddings there, and here's why:

The venue is stunning, with its elegant architecture, high ceilings, and beautiful chandeliers. It's the perfect blend of classic and modern, offering a timeless yet stylish setting for your big day.

But what really sets the St. Clair Ballroom apart is its incredible versatility. The space can be transformed to match any couple's vision, from a romantic candlelit ceremony to a vibrant, energetic reception. And those massive windows? They're amazing! We love capturing those unique shots of the party from the street, with the guests silhouetted against the beautiful interior. It's a fun and creative way to add a different perspective to your wedding photos.

Plus, the staff is incredible. They're always friendly, professional, and dedicated to making sure everything runs smoothly. This creates a relaxed and joyful atmosphere that shines through in the photos.

St Clair Ballroom was simply put the venue of my DREAMS. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning (allowing us to spend less on flowers and decor because the venue speaks for itself), but Carla was nothing short of top tier. From the moment we met her, she took care of us as if we were her only couple she was working with (even though she clearly dedicates so much time to every couple). Because of her, our day was PERFECT. I honestly felt like she was my wedding planner. She truly cared about every little detail, going out of her way more times than I could count to answer mine and my family’s questions, helping out with little details without me even knowing so I didn’t have to worry, reassuring me and following through on everything, advocating for me and my husband as needed, handling every situation with confidence and professionalism, I truly could go on and on. On the day of the wedding (as well as the whole planning time beforehand) she took care of my husband and I, as well as our families, as if they were her own. I am not exaggerating when I say our day would NOT have been the same without her. So many family members and friends went out of their way to tell us how amazing she was as well.

I also have to say, I was so worried about wedding food when choosing a venue, and Carla assured me during our first meeting that we would not be disappointed. She was 100% correct - BEST wedding food I’ve ever had, and all of our guests said the same.

All in all, if you’re looking for a venue, look no further. We will forever be grateful to Carla and the St Clair Ballroom!! 🤍

If I have one word for our experience at St. Clair Ballroom it's Carla! She is just an incredible human and can tell she cares so much about her clients and the work she does. She is also extremely knowledgeable about the industry. When my husband and I toured St. Clair Ballroom, we knew immediately this was our wedding venue. From the very beginning, throughout the entire wedding planning process, Carla made it SO easy. She listened to what we wanted, offered advice, and was timely in her communication. From the minute we walked into cocktail hour, she greeted us with open arms and took such great care of us the entire night. She allowed my husband and I to do a first look into the ballroom to take time for ourselves and try all the delicious appetizers. All of our guests raved about the food! We were extremely impressed with Carla and her team. Highly, highly recommend!!

She covered every detail before, during and after our wedding event with ease and perfection! As the bride, I didn't have to be concerned with a single detail because Carla had it covered.
We chose St. Clair Ballroom because it is stunning with amazing views, a great location for guests visiting Cleveland, and offered a full reception package to cover ever detail. The service all evening was top notch. The food service was incredible top to bottom - many of our guests said it was the best short rib (our main dish) they had tasted!
If you're looking for a classy venue and elite service, I couldn't recommend a better place and person to work with for your special day!

She knows how to highlight the space. Our guests were very impressed with the delicious food, incredible cocktails, and kind and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this space for your wedding enough!
