Do not recommend!! I worked with Starz Decor- Abeera, for an event. She was perfectly fine and forthcoming with suggestions all throughout. She was also kind enough to text message me on the day of the event that they are all set. I requested her to send me a picture which she did not. Luckily at that very moment our venue manager called me to inform me of the disastrous job done by Starz Decor. Despite informing her of exactly where to place the backdrop for the event she decided to place it off center and completely asymmetrical. As someone in the bizz as well, It was not until the day of the event that I truly got to know the company and the lack of customer service or customer appreciation they possess. I called her within 5 minutes of her messaging me of the job completion and made a humble and sincere request for her to adjust and center the backdrop, and she blantantly refused. This was very disheartening which i voiced to her exactly as such. Anyone with even the slightest experience in Decor would have known it was not right and had to be rectified. If this had been my wedding, I would have been one very unhappy bride. I would never hire them, not even for a birthday party. She wanted all of the payment a week before the event, which was already paid and done with leaving her zero incentive to take care of her customers and deliver quality work. She also went to the extent of leaving business cards at all 20 of our guest tables, how unprofessional. This wasn't a promotional event or some kind of expo. Thankfully our venue manager team came through to center the backdrop as appropriate and remove all business cards from the tables. You can get better, stay clear of this company and do not rely on their Instagram pictures as they are deceiving.
