Adam, Holly and the entire team provide an incredible fishing experience. The service and staff are Five Star! Accommodations and food are second to none. This was my fifth trip, and each time was as good or better than the last. The fishing boats are excellent, and guides knowledge make sure you get your maximum limit of King Salamon and Halibut. We were out daily at 6am and back to the lodge with our catch by 4:30pm. There were eight of us and each brought home a 45 lb. box of vacuum frozen fresh Alaska fish. If you are looking for a fantastic Alaska fishing experience, look no further than Steamboat Bay Fishing Club.

This is truly a luxury vacation, which most wouldn't associate with a fishing trip. The Residence at Steamboat Bay is a magical place to stay (Lodge at Steamboat looked gorgeous from what I saw of it as well). Before you can even consider what you might need, it's being provided - that's the level of service (not sure how they do it!). The food and service is five star. I'm not as into fishing as the others on our trip (I've only been a few times), but it was an amazing experience. Our guide, Josh, gave me tips and made me feel confident and enjoy the experience fully . Was able to catch my limit every day, and I would credit that fully to Josh's tips and extensive knowledge, definitely not to my fishing ability. Even if you aren't fishing obsessed (if you are this place is probably the best experience you will find in the world), you will fall in love with this place. I saw so many whales and eagles. Relaxing in the waterfront room, phenomenal food for every meal, soaking in the hot tub, sitting in the sauna, enjoying the game room, happy hour, etc. I can't wait to return again, and in the meantime I've got a freezer full of the freshest fish I've ever tasted to tide me over. It's worth every penny. .

I had no idea what to expect and I had never been to Alaska nor had I ever fished. The resort had everything perfectly coordinated from our arrival in Ketchikan to the arrival at the resort. The lodge is awesome, the staff amazing and they were always there to answer questions, fix us drinks, whatever we needed. They will fix the food and make adjustments as needed. Loved meeting other guests and hanging out after dinner. It's very early days so not much sleep. Caught our limit each day w/ time to relax. Highly recommend.

This was a a fishing trip you only dream about. The lodge we stayed at was out of a movie set, rustic yet beautiful with all the amenities you could ask for. The management and staff were first class all the way. The fishing boats were comfortable inside with enough room for 4 to fish off the back. The boat captain /fishing guide was topnotch in my book! We maxed out our limits on catches every day for 5 days. No one could ask for more.

We stayed at the lodge on Noyes Island. They offer the best boats, the best food, the best accomodations, and the best service. As everyone else has said, you simply can't beat what Steamboat Bay Fishing Club has to offer. It is the experience of a lifetime. 10/10

This is my second visit to Steamboat Bay Fishing Club and it did not disappoint. Holly and Adam run the show and whether we were fishing or in the lodge, everything was perfect and first class. The accommodations are magical and dining is memorable, plan on gaining a couple pounds. There is nothing like limiting out on fish each day, but bringing your first King Salmon of the season in the boat is more than memorable. From the time you land in AK to our departure, the SBFC staff took care of everything. Lastly, it did not hurt to bring home 50lbs of King Salmon, Black Bass, and halibut!

Capt. Josh always puts us on the fish. Special thanks to Adam and Holly for all their hospitality.

This fishing trip is truly an experience of a lifetime! This being my 3rd time here, Adam, and the crew were outstanding yet again! I give everything 5 stars, from the rooms to the food, to the guides and equipment. Hope to see all of them next year!
