We used Stillwater Valley Catering for our wedding, and it was a great choice. Robert was responsive to emails, the pricing was fair, and the food was wonderful. We attended another family wedding a couple weeks after ours and still got compliments from the folks who attended both events that our food was great. Overall, would highly recommend!

Amazing wedding thanks to Stillwater Valley Catering. The food was absolutely Delicious! The staff were attentive, courteous and went above and beyond to make my niece's wedding everything she had hoped for. All the guests mwere taking about the beautiful appetizer charcuterie and how great the dinner was. I will definitely be using them in the future. She told me that their cost was over $2000 less than the other caterer's quotes. You would be crazy not to hire them in my opinion! Awesome night and thank you Stillwater!!!

The food was spectacular for our event! The chef and staff were very nice and their setup was incredible. All the signs they use to display the food items were beautiful and easy to read. Highly recommend this company and will be recommending them to my friends and family!

We used Stillwater Valley for our wedding due to the price they gave us at our initial meeting months before, and two weeks before the wedding after our guest count went down they raised the price by FIVE DOLLARS A PERSON for a taco bar due to "inflation". At the actual wedding not one single guest was able to get second servings because of the little amount of food that was provided. They tried to blame their lack of supplies on my guests, saying they were getting too many toppings. Overall i was disappointed with our experience for my wedding day, the food was great as well as dessert but we were upset with the drastic price and running out of the food! We even had up to ten people not come who RSVPed and they wouldn't have ate due to the lack of food.

Robert and his team were phenominal. My nieces caterer for her wedding fell through just less than a month before her big day. Robert knew we were in a desperation and assured us to not worry he would make it happen and did! The food was fantastic and well presented for over 200 people with very little notice. We can't thank him and his team enough for saving the day! I will recommend them to anyone for any event big or small. Thank you again!

I used Stillwater Valley Catering for my daughter’s baby shower. I was not at all impressed with the quality of food or service that was provided. The employees were 45 minutes late so they were still setting up when guests started to arrive. One of the men who delivered was really rude and said that we had way too many tables for the little bit of food we had, although I was also surprised at the small amount of food that we had considering the cost. The sandwiches had plenty of meat but the cheese was dried out. The carrots in the shooters were all white and completely dried out, no one ate them. The meatballs were burnt and the donuts looked and tasted like they were from Tim Hortons. We were not told that we needed to provide any containers to take home the left over food. It was mentioned several times that they had a much bigger event that they needed to take care of that day. If you cannot give the same level of service to all of your events, then you may want to pass on the smaller ones. The one positive note was that the woman that stayed to help was very nice. Overall, we were disappointed and would not use again.

Stillwater Valley Catering is absolutely the best around from the quality of the food to the friendly staff - I give them a 5 star review! The food presentation and taste was superb along with the professional and polite staff who served at the wedding event that I attended recently. I highly recommend them so a big thank you to Robert and his staff for a memorable event. You all went over and above to make this a wonderful day for the bride and groom.

I wasn't impressed with how they treated my sister in law. We sought Stillwater out because of their great reviews and recommendation from the venue. After meeting with the owner and deciding on the menu we set up a tasting. The tasting was rescheduled multiple times and at the last minute. When we were finally able to do it neither of the owners were there. The employee they did send couldn't answer any of our questions. The employee said she would have the owners contact us. After weeks of not hearing ANYTHING from Stillwater my sister in law moved on and found a better caterer. It wasn't until 3 months before the wedding that Stillwater decided to contact my sister in law to see if she was still interested in their services. All that being said I wasn't impressed with the food at the tasting. The macaroni and cheese was very bland and the green beans were over cooked. Their obvious lack of customer service skills is another strike against them. If you choose to use them I suggest being prepared to be the one who has to seek them out to follow up on anything regarding your event.
