Everything was so easy with Stuart Rentals! We picked what we wanted in the showroom, it was delivered as promised, and they came back to pick everything up (dirty dishes and all!) a few days later. It made throwing a large party in our garden a breeze.

Outstanding Service from Gloria at Stuart Rental!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gloria at Stuart Rental. She truly went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute request when I was in a tight spot. While other rental agencies dismissed me with curt responses and told me they were completely booked, Gloria was a breath of fresh air.

Not only did she manage to fill my order quickly, but she also arranged for it to be ready at a location much closer to me—saving me time and stress. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a potentially stressful situation into a smooth and positive experience.

Gloria is a true asset to the Stuart Rental team, and I’m incredibly grateful for her help. I will absolutely be returning for future events and recommending them to others!

Stuart Rentals's coordinator was very responsive and helpful. They were flexible when I wanted to change the delivery times and they delivered early on the day too. Our experience was good with Gwen at the showroom and the delivery and pick up teams were great! Unfortunately, the quality of some of the items we rented was not good and for the money we spent it was disappointing. The chairs had big chunks of the wood missing. Some of the chair cushions were missing ties and the silverware we had needs to be retired. Thankfully, our party was not affected by any of these issues, but I’ll definitely explore other options for our next event.

Received the chairs and tables I needed for a very huge birthday party. I loved the customer service and the help we received of loading the tables and chairs. We ought to pick up and drop off. Next time I will afford the luxury of having them drop-off and pick-up. I would definitely use them again!
