Liza at Studio DBI was our wedding planner and she was amazing. My now husband and I had a 100-person wedding this past summer at Straus Home Ranch in Marin, and the venue is how we discovered Liza — they recommended her to us, and it ended up being a great decision. We interviewed a few planners and ultimately felt confident moving forward with Liza for her responsiveness, understanding of our needs, our vibe, and her prowess with numbers (i.e., our budget). That last bit was super important and other folks we explored didn't fit the bill.

We booked a custom package starting from the full service options and pared it down to what we needed. For example, I wanted to handle design, so we skipped that portion. Liza guided us through the process and answered all of our questions no matter how basic and was never overbearing either. And if I did need consultation on design, she was there in a pinch. She was open to hop on calls to talk through decisions, and honestly made everything way less stressful and smooth.

StudioDBI helped our organization with a two-day, offsite retreat for our entire staff (140+) and thought of everything. We typically plan these events in house but did not have the bandwidth this time around. Liza and her team researched everything - from locations to caterers, to event materials and swag - and really helped us put on the event that we had hoped for.

Liza is a GEM. We hosted a 250 person two day food-centric conference with a planning committee, steering committee, and a lot of other stakeholders.
